Crumbl — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Arrived at location and patiently waited for approximately 5 minutes until it was my turn. The area to the left was blocked off and there was only a space of approximately 10x5 for people to stand in, if even that.

Seconds before it was my turn, two people walked in behind me. The employee ignores me and asks the people coming in if they are there for a pickup. The couple states they are going to place an order and then the employee asks me if I am there for a pickup. I advise I am there to place an order, also. It is at this time, after waiting for 5 minutes, I am advised I can place my order on the pad they have. I ask the employee if they no longer take orders physically and she then tells me they do, but I can just place my order on the app.

I have been to this Crumbl Cookies approximately 4-5 times. I realize they can be busy and understaffed, but I have never received such a lack of customer service. If I had wanted to place my order via a device, I would have downloaded the app and had the order ready before I walked into their location. Nonetheless, I walked out and the West Hills Crumbl Cookies lost...

product is good but the employees could use a class or two in customer service. not just one time, but EVERY time whether im picking up an order for myself or for a doordash order, busy lobby or empty, i patiently wait but after 5 mins, i have to yell to someone in the kitchen to even acknowledge my existence to ask for my order and its never ready when i arrive no matter how much time i give them AFTER i get the notification that its "ready".. then get met with an attitude like IM bothering THEM.. whoever owns this spot should definitely let their employees know its US who pay THEM, maybe they would act like were appreciated in the slightest, instead of acting like WE are bothering THEM. Thats honestly probably why they took away curbside pickup too because NO ONE would come out..Just a tip, come here only if you have a LOT of time to spare and/or can tolerate a teenagers eye...

Walked by and curious as I never have been to this what seemed like a good cookie place, I simply walked in and wanted to try it. So I asked one girl behind the counter literally with a smile, and said to her I have never been here can you tell me about Cookie Crumbl? As a former retail person, you greet your customer politely not with rolling your eyes and have an attitude when asking a legitimate question. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be there offering bad customer service. So it turned me off I walked out and looking forward to trying it else where, where customers are actually respected.
