Usually I comment briefly and to the point. But about this restaurant I want to elaborate a little more. For those impatient to read to the end I want to say right away. RECOMMENDED. Sometimes I travel around the country. And whenever possible I make sure to find Olive Garden and most often take my favorite Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp and Salad there ( with a unique salad dressing) Today I stopped by Olive Garden at 6501 Fallbrook Ave, West Hills, CA 91307 I noticed a new dish on the menu. Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini The picture looks very appetizing. But it says the dish is spicy. I asked the waiter if I could order it but not spicy. She stepped aside to find out in the kitchen. And they made this mushroom sauce dish for me. Oh, my God. It's so delicious! Definitely one more dish is added to my preferred dishes. Thanks to the repeaters for their efforts, thanks to the waiters for their attentiveness to customers, thanks to the organizers of this chain of restaurants for the order in the restaurants and freshness of products. Recommended!

Man. Where can I start?... At first, no silverware set up on my table, then the waitress handed me a very dirty spoon from previous use, after that I had to step away from my table for napkins (waitress would check on the table behind but not me).. Manager was called, I told him how uncomfortable and ackward the situation was, I told him I was considering going home to avoid the ackwardness, guess what I was told!!! " Well, you could do whatever you'd like sir" I told him " I'm not trying to be rude, I'm not the person that lets all the frustration on anybody either, but serious? That's all you have to say? I could go home if I want to? Wow!" I told him how worse my situation was turning after he said that to me, I didn't take personal but I just want to put it out there in case any of you guys encounter this manager, don't expect anything from him, in my own opinion he shouldn't even be a manager... If he's not the to assist people or improve your experience, then what's he there for??????

Who doesn't love the Olive Garden? The heavenly bread sticks, delicious salad and soups, all come ABSOLUTELY FREE WITH YOUR ENTREE! And like most of their tasty sodas and iced teas (the strawberry mango flavored iced tea is wonderful but the peach bellini...spectacular!), each of those items (bread, salad and now, soup) are all subject to the courteous "endless refill" policy. I mean really, just amazing... The pictures I've posted here are of my "goodbye tribute" to the Seasonal Baked Mozzarella & Shrimp Pasta dish. This rich and savory dish, the aforementioned mozzarella and a 1/2 lb of shrimp, with encrusted breadcrumbs, are all baked onto rigatoni pasta shells with spinach placed just one layer below the surface. I'm telling you, I had such a sweet tooth but not an inch of room for dessert... And I didn't even care! This creamy, decadent dish will return again, at the end of the year. When it's cold outside and your insides need to be smothered in melted hot, baked deliciousness.

The food is good, However the waiter tried to charge us $22.99 for the unlimited pasta. I had her correct it as she lied & said she didn't hear me ask for the unlimited pasta which is advertised as $13.99. i was told at this location its $16.99. So we ordered 3 chicken Alfredo dishes, She stated it doesn't come with protein it's an extra $5.99 Its unlimited pasta only, which was never mentioned during our order, only after we placed our order, ate our meal & once the bill came we were told its an additional $5.99 for protein after I questioned the bill. I asked her doesn't it come with protein, she stated no. I showed her the pic of the menu with the chicken Alfredo, she stated yes it does but we had extra protein after she said it doesn't come with protein. She couldn't keep her lies straight. she then lied & said we had unlimited protein is why it was additional. I stated i never asked for extra we only asked for the unlimited pasta meal & she lied saying she didn't hear me. She only removed $2. I refused to pay that ridiculous price especially after I gave her the specific of our order. She had to get the manager, she walked away from our table & never came back. We sat watching her go back & forth, i then asked for her help she said give me a minute & never said another word to us. The manger tried to recreate a native saying she stated, she didn't understand our order. She lied she stood there taken our order showing us the options on the menu. The Manger was kind & did remove the out Rages over charge & the drinks. Stating next time its extra for the protein. The bill went from $90 to $55.69. Ps: We had asked her for a fresh salad upon leaving she gave us one with dressing on making it soggy, Which at other locations they give you a fresh salad togo without dressing & also we had a few bread sticks left, usually they give you a fresh bag togo, she gave us a bag to put the few in we had. Just Rude! Might I add this was after a good church service. THANK YOU MANAGER AT THE WEST...

My spouse and I visited the Olive Garden in West Hills on Fallbrook one evening for a quick dinner. My expectations from a standard restaurant chain was not high, but it was quick and easy. But let me tell you, this trip to Olive Garden was like no other. The food was good as usual, but one person made it very special and personal. The manager, Darren Mazyck went absolutely above and beyond with our service and experience that evening. He was very friendly and tentative to all our needs. He assisted us with our dinner choices, and recommended a unique dish that was out of our usual confortable options. At first we were hesitant, but his charisma and demeanor made us feel confident in his ideas. Sure enough, this was by far the best dish we have had from Olive Garden. He made sure the food was hot and cooked to perfection, and followed up with us shortly after to see if we enjoyed his suggested dish. We then spent a few minutes talking about it, and the way he carried himself felt like we were spending time with a friend, rather than a waiter. In conclusion, this trip to Olive Garden broke the norm of what we were used to and from here on, we only want to come back to Fallbrook. The food and his kindness exceeded my expectations....
