Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Customer service sucks (my personal experience). I waited on the wrong side of the counter because I don’t go to Starbucks and this location doesn’t have a clear way to know where a line starts (depending on which door you enter from I guess). Every time I tried to step up to the counter someone rushed to the register to order. The person at the counter ignored it and took his sweet time taking three peoples order before even asking me what I needed . I wasn’t even trying to order , I had a simple yes/no question (do you validate parking?). The girl behind the counter saw me but continued to make drinks and kept her back turned as I kept saying excuse me to get her attention . She was clearly ignoring me. I stood behind another person finally , and after the cashier took his sweet time to help them instead of saying “mam the line is over here,” I walk up to the counter on my turn . No eye contact , no greeting . I asked what I needed to ask, they gave me an attitude . I will never support this Starbucks due to rude tired thoughtless...

I have been coming here for a while. It’s a great location and scenery but what prompted me to come leave a review was the customer service I received the other day. I wish I had gotten the young lady’s name. I had a mobile order at another location by mistake. All my fault but this person took the liberty to copy my order and do a new one for me free of charge! I was already running late to my destination. I am a person of integrity so I was about to reorder. I only told her I apologize but my order is in the wrong location. She offered. This was amazing! Saved me time and left feeling very appreciated. Weeks later I came to write the review because I was just thinking how good I left there receiving excellent service from genuine people. Which is what we need more of...

I had a terrible experience at a Starbucks today. I visited around 4 pm and ordered 5 caramel ribbon crunch and summer skies drinks. The woman at the counter told me she didn't have coffee and gave me 3 non-coffee drinks instead. When I asked for a larger straw, she yelled at me and refused to provide one. Despite ordering 6 drinks, she didn't give me a cup holder. The Taste was so different and too much sugar… When I mentioned that I would write a negative review, she was dismissive and told me to leave. I couldn’t believe she told yelled me I DON'T CARE , GO AWAY !!!!
