Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Very poor service, especially at night. I’m greatly concerned the employees are abused with the way that they behave. Customer service is non existent, I’m sure if you asked the employees what “customer service” is they would not be able to define it. Also this male employee who is a bit on the heavier side (to say the least) has a nasty odor and doesn’t adhere to sanitary requirements, which further exacerbates his poor attitude. It takes a lot for a single person to bring an entire place down to one star, but Noushin Kahn was up for the challenge. It has been 4 separate occasions where she has been rude, given wrong information, or just been a general obstacle between me and my lunch. I'm not sure who else has had their time wasted by her but I only get 30 minutes for my lunch and I always end up spending the entirety of it just trying to get a sandwich out of Noushin.
