Initial appointment was with Dr. Mills for TRT. Seemed like a good doctor. However, I was a little surprised they didn't order more blood work (endocrinologists order a lot). After that first appointment, I never saw him again. I would see his assistants, people I had never met or seen before. I'd drive all the way over there and pay for parking to wait for 20 minutes, then a 5 minute "check up." I would be asked how I was feeling, and how the erections were, then be sent on my way. When I really started getting irritated was with the "video check ups" where they charged close to $900. My insurance covered most of it, but still I was paying $300 to answer over a zoom call, "How are you feeling? How are the erections?" Then when my Rx would run out, they would tell me I was due for blood work or another check up. Well, how about notifying me of this BEFORE I'm out of refills? Final straw was someone named Jonathan Rodriguez Ortiz messaged me over My Chart that I needed to make an appointment and they would not give me a refill in the meantime until I could make an appointment, thus, throwing my system out of whack (again). What pissed me off was he (Ortiz) disabled my ability to reply to his message. I opened a new message suggesting they should notify me in advance of when I need to see them, and perhaps I should just find another physician. They didn't respond, so that is what I did. I wouldn't recommend...
Read moreI had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Richard Ehrlich. I initially scheduled my appointment six weeks out, but due to serious health concerns, I requested to move it up, hoping for guidance and support. Instead, Dr. Ehrlich’s approach was dismissive and unprofessional. He quickly diagnosed me with a serious lifelong condition without any confirmatory tests, and when I expressed my distress, he brushed it off, saying, “relax, everyone has it.” This left me extremely anxious, so I sought additional testing on my own, which thankfully came back negative. Dr. Ehrlich showed no empathy for the stress his misdiagnosis caused. To add to this, his attire was noticeably unprofessional for a clinical setting—he wore a sweater draped over his long-sleeve shirt without a doctor’s coat or even a name tag. This casual outfit made me feel like he wasn’t invested in the professionalism or seriousness of his role. Afterward, his office even followed up, insisting I take a prescription cream based on his incorrect diagnosis. As a distressed patient genuinely seeking help, I left feeling completely dismissed and unsupported. I would not recommend Dr. Ehrlich to anyone looking for reliable,...
Read moreYou will be ripped off here. I went for an office visit that normally costs about $170 at a urology doctor. They charged $945.00 for the office visit. Insurance discounted it to $556.98. So they overcharged $380. They don't tell you that their prices are triple of regular specialist doctors before you schedule the appointment. Lab tests were $470, at other places this would be like $150 max. I called to complain. They said they will look into it. Few days later i called back they said they have reviewed it and discovered i need to pay about $140 more. I burst out laughing. I suggest a TV comedian use this in their programs. It is very funny but...
