Terrible customer service. They should not be a merchant. Placed an order and wanted to cancel it due to a big delay in the timing. This was a pickup order placed at 6:33pm and three small items placed. I was around the corner and was planning to wait a little over 30 minutes since it as going to be ready at 7:07pm. Then it says it wont be ready until 7:46pm. At almost 7pm I call them to ask to cancel and they won't. I attempt to cancel in app and it says I will not get a refund. 46 minutes until ready so I go to the store and I ask for a refund. They say no again. I call DoorDash support and they issue a refund and cancel the order. Im pissed. They could have easily done that on their end. Liars and horrible customer service. Read moreThis has quickly become my favorite sushi spot in this part of LA for delivery. We've been ordering the 10-piece nigiri which is an amazing assortment of delicious fish. We.also get the Nicky Roll and spicy scallop roll which are good but I would probably swap them out for more nigiri next time. The only disappointment was the bluefin toro which didn't really taste like a cut of toro and was very bland.
