It's essential to grab boba tea and desserts after KBBQ lol. This spot was 20 minutes down from where we just ate, so why not.
Parking: If you're lucky, there is street parking in the area. If you're unlucky like us, there are paid parking lots ranging from $5-$45 per hour. Pay via the machine and place your receipt on the dash.
Ambiance/Environment: I haven't been to a Yi Fang shop in a while. The very first Yi Fang I visited was one of their new locations in SGV. Very excited to be back. The indoor design and space are exactly the same as their other locations. It is small inside with very limited indoor seating and a bit more outdoor seating. Very clean and modern inside. This location shared a space with Mochi Ya Ren! Best of both worlds!
Service: They were low staffed, but each worker was quick & efficient! There were consistent customers coming in, so it became a bit backed up. Shout out to Jensen for giving us great recommendations for our drinks & desserts! All sweetness levels were recommended by him!
Drinks:
Black Sesame Latte - 70% sweetness. The black sesame color and taste definitely came through.
Cocoa Brown Sugar Pearl - 50% sweetness. They make their boba fresh! The boba came out warm and not too chewy. They gave me a generous amount of boba! I like the aesthetic layers of this drinks. You can definitely taste the cocoa; it had a slight chocolatey taste but not too sweet.
Yakult Mountain Tea - 50% sweetness. Make sure to mix this well. The mountain tea paired well with the Yakult. Definitely refreshing.
Sugarcane Kumquat Green Tea - 50% sweetness. I love sugarcane drinks, and this was absolutely refreshing!
Mango Pamelo Sago Slush - 50% sweetness. This is for all the mango lovers! There was a generous amount of sago. This was fun to drink lol.
Pricing: Of course, prices are a bit more than average. Welcome to LA. I'd say it's worth it since the drink sizes were pretty big, and their drinks are sooo tasty...
