I went to the location today and placed an order and was helped by a girl named Lupe. I ordered two combo bowls with drinks and egg rolls and 1 cole slaw. I should have double checked my order before leaving but of course I always trust fast food places and hope that they will get it right. I drove 10 mins to get home and when I get back NO COLESLAW. So I went back because I love my food with the cole slaw and when I get there Lupe was cleaning tables and continued to clean tables while I waited even though she saw me waiting. I’ve worked Fast food places and believe me I would of stopped to help the customer, especially since she had just helped me and should have known I was back because something most likely went wrong...anyways she finally helps me and very rudely she asked how she can help, I told her “you missed my cole slaw!” Never did she apologize..and that honestly made it worse! I’m really not the type to complain because I know how it is. After she gave me the cole slaw I asked “can I PLEASE get extra siracha sauce” and her response was “well how many did you take?” Keep in mind SHE messed up my order. I responded and said “you gave me two!” And then she said “well it’s only one per plate!” That just got me 10 times more upset!!!!! It’s like where is your Customer service!!!!?????? I told her “the least you can do is give me an extra sauce after you messed up my order” and of course with the biggest attitude she said she couldn’t! I don’t like being the person that complaints and believe me I don’t but I have never ever had this type of service at a yoshinoya restaurant. I am very disappointed that people like her actually get hired! Please keep her in the kitchen since she clearly doesn’t know how to run the...
Read moreI stopped by Yoshinoya and decided to go big with the Combo XL—and let me tell you, it didn’t just feed my hunger, it fed my soul. This bowl came stacked: perfectly steamed rice, tender beef, flavorful teriyaki chicken, and a generous portion of fresh veggies that added both color and balance to the plate. Every bite had intention—like it was made to satisfy not just your stomach, but your spirit too.
But what made this visit stand out wasn’t just the food—it was the people. Brittany, the cashier, delivered exceptional service with a genuine smile and professionalism that made me feel like more than just a customer. She moved with confidence, answered questions with clarity, and truly cared about the experience I had. That kind of energy? It’s rare—and it matters.
Yoshinoya didn’t just give me a meal—they gave me a moment. A reminder that great food paired with great service creates an experience worth sharing. I’m not endorsing—but I will always spotlight excellence when I see it.
So if you’re craving a combo that satisfies all around—go XL. And if Brittany’s on the register? You’re in for a good day.
Keep rising. Keep appreciating the little things. And never underestimate the power of a...
Read moreVery unhappy with the customer service and quality of food. Visited this location 9/8/23 around 830 - 9pm and was very disappointed with my whole experience. First of all the cashier was charging me a drink that I was redeeming from my app and second the food omg was super cold. Yes , the rice , beef and chicken WAS COLD. We didn't want to say anything cuz we were afraid they might spit on our food if we complained. But we did warn a customer that the food was cold and to check her order before leaving. That's when the cook heard us tell the customer in Spanish and he offered to redo my husband's combo , but he was very rude. I suppose since it was close to closing time they keep everything at room temperature so that they are able to wash the pots and pans before they close. I spent close to $20 for some disgusting meals. I don't recommend this location to anyone cuz it's going to be a waste of money. I should've gone to Taco Bell which is just down the street. I really truly regret spending my money at Yoshinoya!...
