HUGE shoutout to the girl having a bad night and taking it out on customers. Walked out @ roughly 8:20pm 2/9/23.
As soon as you walk in, you can feel the negativity coming from the crew. I don't know what happened, but this is a first time for me coming here, never been an issue before.
I walked in, immediately she asked "are you ready" no hi, nothing. Yeah, I'm ready. She said "what type of bread" I said Italian herbs and cheese. Her face was clearly red and she was clearly very upset about only God knows what.
I asked her to "de-bread" the footlong, she asked me "cheese" I responded with "american". She then began to put the bread into the oven like someone said "toasted". So I laughed and said "de-breaded not toasted" and she stopped. Asked her if she was having a bad night and instantly snapped back with "no, just didn't hear you". How could that be possible? Got other stuff on your mind? Like whatever you're going through? Leave that at home, it's simple we all do it.
I left, didn't need her to do her job easily drove to another location. Bad energy bad vibes all around.
Perhaps stepping into the back for some R&R might help in these situations.
I'll keep a distance for a while, never seen her before but hopefully she isn't there next time (if I decide to come back) I visit for a...
Read moreOnly lived in NoHo a few months. First time ordering from this particular location (ordered on Postmates). I wish I would've seen these reviews first tho. But because it's Subway, I didn't think I'd need to. Subway restaurants are usually pretty consistent about 90% of the time. This was the worst I've ever had! For some weird reason it seemed that prior to toasting the bread, they scooped out much of it (which is something I NEVER request). I could've just shrugged my shoulders and let it go, but the worst part was that the bread was both extremely old/stale and overly toasted. So essentially, the sandwich was hard enough to chip a tooth on! SERIOUSLY! I couldn't even smash the bread together without it disintegrating into a million toast crumbs. Could've saved money by not bothering to get the chips on the side. It was all just so dry and unsatisfying, I had to go in the kitchen and add more mayo & mustard just to resuscitate it a little. I mean I've had hard shell tacos with less crunch! Who wants a crunchy sub?! But I digress... Basically this location is horrendous which is saying a lot because, I mean c'mon, it's frickin SUBWAY...just sandwiches!!! Get it...
Read moreWent in there 5 am after working 11 hours two jobs. Not only subway works night shift, nevertheless thats the image i got. Maybe its nap time. People there clearly don't care, don't know that. Starving. Stood there for 10 minutes before a girl walked out. No one there but me, and she doesnt even want to make that one sandwich. Absolutely unprofessional, completely unwilling to work. Managers should be ashamed for paying her for her "job". Wanted to put paper with bacon in the sandwich. Playing games. I will even go ahead and say extremely unprofessional. Didn't want to give me her name. But if manager reads this as one should. You will know who worked night Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 5.30AM. Browned hair, girl with glasses and an attitude as ugly as her pimpled messed up ugly face. Incredibly insulting working approach. Is it eat fresh ?...
