My recent experience at Yoshinoya was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The primary issue revolved around the quality of the food, specifically the rice, which was served nearly uncooked (About 10% was just raw). I had to throw them all in trash can.
Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the rice had an unpleasant texture, indicating that it was not adequately cooked. This lapse in the kitchen's attention to detail was disappointing, as rice is a fundamental component of many dishes at Yoshinoya. I expected a higher standard, and the undercooked rice fell short of those expectations.
Adding to my dissatisfaction was the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff. While I was waiting for my meal, I couldn't help but notice the staff members giggling and swearing in plain view of customers. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for customer.
To make matters worse, the staff member responsible for handling the rice seemed to be continuously looking in my direction. This behavior added an additional layer of discomfort, and I found it unprofessional and invasive.
I believe it's essential for a restaurant to maintain a level of professionalism and ensure the quality of their dishes. I hope Yoshinoya takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to provide a better environment for...
Read moreNever thinkin of coming back to this location. I highly think they are stingy for the customer and care more of profit than satisfying the customer. I asked why they are servicing less chicken and rice; they said that it’s recommended in the bowl I order but I went to another location order the same thing and I got more for what I was paying for this time(left bowl). Highly expensive for what I paid for $9 for a bowl for less chicken and rice(right bowl). It’s not the first time this happen although another incident where they serve me steak that didn’t taste anything like steak it was diversion of what they were selling. Waste of my money and time to find out that I got played to think that they were serving me the recommended serving exactly the same at other locations. In conclusion if you want to dine in or take out at this location I would recommend that you look at the serving size for what you are paying for because they care more of profit and not...
Read moreI hate to do a bad review but it’s too many instances I’ve let pass by with this location. The place somehow is always dirty, the cashiers constantly ignore/avoid you, & orders come out wrong. There’s other yoshinoyas that remind me to use my QR code to scan for points & always ask if I want condiments before I go… this place doesn’t have friendly service. I specifically ordered teriyaki chicken- I got teriyaki steak? Somehow got blamed for their mistake.. I hate wasting food & rather not argue. If you go here just order thru the app and avoid their customer service.. plus parking...
