we live in the SFV which means lots of tacos catering to choose from, it is for my son's first bday party and we know how challengin to have an event during the pandemic, you know when they say "tacos fixes everything or can't go wrong with tacos"... this one failed so much that it is disappointing, it was suppose to be the highlight.. but if u ask me if i will do it again, I would hire a diff taco catering.. i dont knw where the good reviews arecoming from , or if we are talking bout the same company... but again, I would not hire them again.. this is just me..

they say you cannot please everyone.. trust me , we are easy to please , but that is how bad they fail, im exerting effort to leave a review cos thats how disappointed we are..

and nope, we didnt asked nor request for a refund, they can keep our money, but we will not hire them again, if i were to do it again, I would spend my 600$ by buying 600$ worth of tacos from cactus tacos or king tacos.. cos we felt we endup eating and serving our food cos the tacoman cant wait to get home even if hes been there only for 45mins of serving tacos instead of 2 hrs...

My company hired Ask 4 Tacos with the owner Junior and everything worked out perfect! Junior is great at communicating and their service is extremely professional and prompt. Ask 4 Tacos served my crew and actors on a studio set for lunch and it worked out perfect. Everyone was happy and raved on about the food! As a vegetarian, the vegetarian option tasted so good! Also I accidentally misunderstood the question about propane and thought that “YES” meant I needed propane and instead it meant that I was saying I had propane onsite, the catering showed up without a stove (my fault) and they very professionally assessed the situation and had cooking equipment to the lot very quickly and lunch was made on time and everything ran very smoothly. Ask 4 Tacos catered my party and they did a fantastic job! The communication was always prompt, polite and thorough. The price was on the lower side of other quotes i received, but nothing was skimped on. Usually everywhere i get al pastor, it’s usually salty for me, these guys make it good, full of flavor without being salty. Be sure you add on their guacamole, it was tasty and a huge portion. This was my first party that i did not cook everything and it was a great party. The owner Junior is a cool guy, very professional and willing to do whatever needed to host your event. Our taco chef was Daniel, he did a fantastic job. During the party he was very polite, quick, thorough, and had everything flowing smooth.
