This started out so good. We began going to this location in late March. We tasted the cookies and were immediately hooked. When we walked in the aroma of freshly baked cookies engulfed our nostrils. The cheerful voices saying "Welcome to Crumbl" rang in our ears. It was an amazing experience. So every week we kept going back, trying new cookies. However, as the weeks went by, the quality of the cookies began to change. The level of customer service started to decline. Gone were the days of "Welcome to Crumbl" ringing out as you walked in. The employees were no longer the smiling happy people we had become accustomed to. They were now sort of just going through the motions to get cookies in a box and get you out of the door. On several occasions I asked to speak with management. In the beginning I wanted to compliment them and tell them how much we LOVED Crumbl. As time went on I wanted to discuss the decline in both the product and customer service that I saw going on. It was always a shift supervisor and never an actual manager or owner. Around week 14 ( I say that with no shame-LOL...we really tried to give them a chance.) I was finally able to speak with an actual manager. But by this point I had decided that I would start driving an extra 15 minutes to the recently opened Denham Springs location. So for the past 3 weeks we have made the drive. So far, so good. I am willing to make the drive for better customer service and a consistent product. We love and believe in Crumbl to the point that we want to become owners. I am not sure why this location has seen such a decline. They have an amazing product with a great location. I really wish they can get back to putting out the quality cookies they were founded on. And bring back the level of customer service that Crumbl is known for. Until then the Denham Springs location will be...
Read moreCookies are great but always a long line and long wait time With that said.....the staff is ABHORRENT. I paid for my cookie (really bad day so I decided to treat myself) so I oder online to pick up by 1220. I get there and wait. And wait. And wait. Nearly 40 minutes go by I watch several people who came in after me get served while I was ignored. Finally a red headed girl came to me in a very abrasive way to ask who I was. I gave my name several times and showed her my phone with the order. She replies more than once "well you're not on my screen!"....well my money sure as hell was gone and I'm showing you MY screen so make my cookie please. 45 minutes the purple haired very nice awesome woman came to me because I waited forever and when I explained the situation she did say the mousse was almost ready and was very sorry. She did give me 2 cookies and offered a refund. I did not take the refund I'm more than happy to pay for my order. But I will NEVER GO BACK. I will not have some 17 year old talk to me like that. Never. She's lucky there were a ton of people as usual in there. But the the woman who made it right PROPS TO YOU 🌺🌹🌺🌹. If you don't want to work with customers and have a good attitude and a good way to speak to them then you need to get your butt out of there and go work remotely somewhere instead of being rude to paying customers that is how you lose your fan base. Just saying 🤬
And to the lady with purple hair I'm so sorry for the bed review. But many times I have been ignored and spent well over 30 minutes waiting for cookies that are already made. Staff will look directly at you and turn their backs. I know it's not you nor your fault but some counter side manor training and customer respect would probably go a very long way. The cookies are always good. Just the...
Read moreCrumbl Cookie was a nice treat and different from some of the other cookie places we have frequented. We were looking for something different as a family and my fiance happened upon a review and wanted to try it.
So, one thing I would suggest, is adding daily flavors to the site, or letting people know that not all flavors are offered daily instead of having to call in and listen or hear over the phone. It's done really fast and the only thing that irks me with service, although the service inside the physical place is great - per my fiance's assessment.
However, I do give the cookies a solid 4 based off of what we ordered, how well it lived up to expectations, it's uniqueness in taste and diversity, and options of flavors that pair well with a nice ice-cold glass of milk. We got the #DirtCookie, #BlueberryCrumble, #PeautButterM&M's, #UpsideDownBananaCake, #StickyBun, #ChocolateChipCookieDough, #ChocolateChip, #Brownie, #ChipsAhoy , a White Chocolate type cookie (don't remember the name) and Peanut Butter Cookie.
Cookie texture was great, disclaimer, I did heat mine in the oven for an additional 3 minutes on 325 before I ate it so it could taste fresh, I had the Brownie Cookie. The rest of my family ate their cookies as soon as they came and loved them. They were all gone before I was even able to sample the Chips Ahoy, which I will be back to get, it looked delicious! I have 5 daughters and a fiance, so needless to say, next time I'm asking can they throw in an extra one for mom lol!!
The cookie taste, phenomenal! The cookie variety, NO COMPLAINTS!
We will be back and next time to get some of the ice cream!!
