Just left from trying to get a bite to eat after a long day at work, Walk up to the doors at 6:45 p.m. and they are locked with people inside a child ran open the door for me. After going to the restroom (The only good thing about the place clean restroom), get to the counter because I already know to ask if the ice cream machine is working before I order, a few different employees argued back and forth who was not taking my order after I had been standing there for several minutes, I put my order into the kiosk. About 3 minutes later another employee comes to the counter and tells me they don't have sweet tea, I don't drink soft drinks so the drink this in my cup holder is just going to be wasted. They come and bring my food to the counter and turn around and walk off, Come back a few minutes later and tell The next customer (a Spanish gentleman that could not speak English) The cashier in the gentleman went back and forth with no understanding, pulled out Google translate got the point across. The cashier then asked me for my card to refund the ice cream. By this point I really just wanted all my money back but that would mean 20 plus minutes wasted for absolutely nothing and having to stop somewhere else on the way home and waste more time when I have to be up at 3:45 a.m. to go to work. The only race in this place stays open like it does because of its location it's not because of the food and it damn sure is not because of the employees. I don't normally submit bad reviews but this one put the icing on the cake. And I have dealt with some pretty serious disappointments. I would not go to this place again if it was the last McDonald's on Earth and they had sweet tea and ice...
Read more2 Stars today :-( Went through the left drive thru and placed my order, the lady that took the order was nice and repeated the order back, as it showed up on the drive thru monitor exactly as I ordered it. I pulled up to the 1st window to pay and noticed 3 hash brown cost more than a hot cakes and sausage and more than 3 chicken biscuits! ....anyhow...pulled up to the second window and I was handed a large bag with a bit of weight to it. Headed home and when we were about to eat I opened the bag and there were no chicken biscuits to be found :-( I closed the bag grabbed the receipt and double checked to make sure I did order 3 chicken biscuits. I dialed the number listed on the website to call and speak to the manager for that store and whadda know...it's a fax line. So I drove 15 minutes back to the store, went through the same drive thru explained and the situation to the speakerbox lady and was directed to the second window...again. I pulled up to the second window, explained the situation AGAIN....the lady asked for the receipt to verify and I was handed a bag and an apology then I started to pull off...Spidey senses started tingling so I opened the bag...ONE f*^$# chicken biscuit!!!! Y'ALL LOOKED AT THE RECEIPT AND STILL SCREWED IT UP. So I backed up the 15 feet I pulled off from and politely told the lady it was supposed to be 3 biscuits...she then yelled back for two more biscuits and asked me to pull over to the side. As I'm pulling over she yells "WAIT hold on" then stretches out her arm and hands me another bag with two more chicken biscuits. Starting to rethink that...
Read moreWell first I would like to start with, I never do reviews. At the age of 46 this is my second review I have ever done. But Tuesday night at this location was very bad. It was around 8:20 are so pulling up I notice dining was closed so the line drive up line was a bit long. Which I didn’t think it would take 23min to get to the menu to give my order. Then get to the 1st window I will admit the young lady at the register was really nice with a beautiful attitude and respectful. But 8min later when I pulled up to the 2nd window is when the issues started. Window open no hey, hi, hello just 2 drinks reached to me that I didn’t order. Then I get the food and I’m being told I didn’t order what I know what I ordered. So me haven’t eaten meat in over 8yrs I hand her the sandwich back she took the sandwich never came back to the window. the manager came to the window stuck her head out the window and just stared at me with out saying a word. So I finally repeated my order then she started talking being very rude like I was the problem…. Like I don’t understand if you don’t want to work theses jobs why y’all apply for them. Then theses days it don’t make since to ask for a management because there just as lazy and ignorant as the crew members. I can understand the long wait but the attitude and disrespect I won’t not with me...
