Boba Tea & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Louisville

The food its great… but im not sure if its the owner the asian woman and gentleman extra extra rude or racist. We got treated very discriminatory when we ask what do they recommend the gentleman answers was noting. I said squeeze me and he answer super rude nothing when i ask about the food his answer was i don't know don't ask me.. it the second time we come by the firts time it was the woman and she was the same people would come in and she was super nice to them but extremely rude to us when we pay her she extra check out money.i ask for a dessert and she gave me the wrong one when i said man its not what i ask she got really mad and very rude said that what u order i said no man i didnot when i point the item she realize of her mistake and doesn't said anything.. its really a shame that she doesnt welcome hispanic or latinos im not sure its some of her employs on the kitchen are but she its extremely rude and racist.. but great food… i feel really sorry for her employs if she has...

Went here for my daughter’s bday bc she wanted some boba. And we were in the area. This boba wasn’t the same as what we’re used to. Every flavor we tried which we ordered 3 different flavors between all of us, had a floral taste. We ordered pineapple, blueberry and raspberry. The fruit flavors weren’t very strong. Not sure if it’s the tea used or just the type. We may not be used to Vietnamese Boba. We ordered food as well. She’s picky so she only got the popcorn chicken and some white rice. She said it was a little mushy and still ate it but the popcorn chicken was good. I ordered the D1 bourbon chicken with noodles. It was good, large pieces of shrimp though they had that seafoody taste to them. I liked the bean sprouts in the veggies. Nothing I’m running back to order and we also ordered a pork sandwich for my son and he really liked it. We still plan on returning to try their cheesecakes and ice cream. I really can’t give a review because everyday the same drink taste different. I went to this shop Sunday & ordered a creme Brûlée with mocha & boba & 50% sweet level it was very good then Monday I went again for the same drink & I ordered everything the same as Sunday & honestly it was not the same taste as the one I got Sunday. Then I also ordered a mango slushy which was very good today which is Wednesday I went to the same place & ordered a mango slushy the same way I ordered it Monday and today it was absolutely DISGUSTING, 80% of it was ice & barley any mango flavor very different then the mango slushy I ordered Monday. My thing is I’m paying the same amount of money so why do I keep getting different flavors of the same drink?
