A coffee shop with a limited offering and 5 employees should in theory be running like a well honed machine. Where to start? The good: I had the lightest coffee that they had with a splash of creamer and it was a great mild coffee which tested like I hoped it would. Now for the bad: with 5 employees working and seating for "65" people based on their occupancy sign you would think someone would be in charge of the seating area. However, there was not a single clean table in the entire place that had been wiped down with sanitizer like serve safe requires. There was an employee on her phone who didn't have time to clean - very sad for the customers paying a premium to stop here. Despite this we went ahead and ordered a couple of breakfast biscuits because we woke up late and the options were slim pickings at 10 am and we were willing to wipe off our own table to grab something quick. We ordered a Bacon, Egg, Cheese, and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese as well as a third biscuit to go. I suppose the bacon and sausage were diced and inside of the egg which was heat and served. Call me crazy but normally there is visible bacon or sausage on an $8 biscuit? One of the biscuits was ok but the second biscuits egg was still completely frozen, like a pop sickle, so we asked for a couple of toasted bagels to replace it - why take a chance at that point. Then they told us that was fine because they were out of biscuits anyway and would we like a $4 bagel with cream cheese to replace the $8 biscuit? Anyway, after a little negotiation we ended up with 3 bagels with cream cheese. Thank goodness they had good coffee as the rest of the experience was a complete failure. If we were local I would definitely give them a second chance. But, we were just passing through so we will not have the chance. Sadly, I would only recommend this place for coffee and...

My friend ordered before me, and when she was done, me and my other friends were still deciding what to order. I turned around and told one of my other friends that they could go ahead and order if they knew what they wanted. Then the lady working the register said āIf one of you could hurry up and make a decision, weāre closing in 30 minutes.ā I believe her name-tag said Lisa. When I got to the register, I apologized and told her we didnāt know they were closing at 6pm.
I also felt like they rushed in making drinks. All of my friends were not satisfied with their drinks. They said their drinks tasted bad and ended up throwing them away. Itās possible they rushed and ruined the drink quality. Each drink was also made in less than two minutes within being ordered, so that may explain it.
Customer service was terrible and we all left dissatisfied. This is disappointing, because every other Heine Bros. Iāve been to, everything...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe order coffee and 2 breakfast wraps and waited over 15 mins for our wraps , ask how much longer and she said oh we forgot I will start heating them up for you. Not impressed with customer service and the the rudeness she showed when I asked how much longer for our food. Went to use the restroom and they give you a code but forgot to tell me the lock button doesnāt work and as I was using the bathroom after hitting the lock button a grown man walks in on me using the bathroom . I told the employee about the lock button not working she said -yeah we are having some one coming to repair that. I said it would have been nice for you to tell me that and I could have had my husband stand guard on the door....
