I went here at lunch and order the Club Lulu at 11:11am. When I walked in I was greeted by a women by the name if Cindy. I told her I was there to pick up my order and gave her my name. It is now 11:30am. There were 5 sandwiches already made. She said my sandwich hadn't been made yet and she didn't have an order in my name. I asked her of she could check the bags of the sandwiches that were already made. She said she knew for a fact that it hadn't been made yet. I told her I had to get back to work, because I am a teacher and can't be gone too long since I have a class very shortly.
I left my phone on my desk and didn't have my on me so I couldn't show my order to Cindy. She told me once I get back to work. Call them and give them the order number and if its already made she will then deliver it for free. I get back to the office and a young man answered the phone I told him everything that was going on. He then looked at all the sandwiches that were made and then told Cindy that the mine was already made. This was frustrating for me because if she had just looked at the sandwiches. She would have seen that my food was ready, yet she elected not too.
This young man then proceeds to tell me that he will not deliver my sandwich for free and if I want to have my food delivered then they can cancel my sandwich(which was already made but Cindy didn't look) and they would charge me again, and then deliver my food. I proceed to tell him what Cindy said about me not having to pay(for delivery)and everything that took place.
He then puts her on the phone and she pretends to not remember the conversation we had in the store and the whole situation as if I am making it all up and then hangs up on me. I call back the young man I previously speak with then hangs up on me. And then I call back again and I get hung up on a third time.
I am perturbed by the whole situation because I was lied too. And I didn't deserve to be hung up on at all. Had Cindy just looked at the bags I would have gotten my food and been on with my day. Normally I don't believe in writing reviews but, the service was so bad that I felt one needed to take place. I will never use this location ever again! I wish I still did Radio so I could promote how bad the service was. I am going to make sure that everyone avoids this location. This was incompetence at its finest hour, and is shameful. It was so bad that I called the store on Dutchman lane and told them about me experience and that I need to speak with ownership and his name is Mike. I really look forward to hearing from him at some point hopefully. There has been several reviews have been written about Cindy who I have had an issue with and she continues to work there. They don't seem concerned. Not sure if its important to them. The Dutchman location is the best I have never had any problems with them and their always polite. Never go to...
Read moreI won’t be ordering from this Jimmy John’s again. This location is awful. It’s unfortunately the one that is set for delivery to my address. I placed an order today at 11:30 and it is currently 1:04 PM: no food. I tried calling the store at the 1 hour mark only for the phone for ring and ring and ring with no answer. I would LOVE to say that this is the first time this has happened to me, but it’s not. I usually give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt, so I’ve never complained before. But now that I see other reviewers stating that some employees hang out in front of their homes for 15+ minutes for no reason other than to pass time and not have to go back to the store or deliver the rest of the food , I’m done. I’ve also waited a long time for an order to be delivered (and not even during peak time) only for the food packaging to absolutely REEK of marijuana. Do whatever you want in your free time, but can we NOT toke up on the way to bring me my food? It’s disgusting and I end up throwing my food away when it...

I received this container of pesto bowtie pasta salad today from the Jimmy John's in Norton Commons. I noticed there were date stickers stacked on each other. I was curious so I peeled the sticker up. The sticker on top says the pesto was prepared on August 8th, 2025 and was to be used by August 10th 2025 (today). The sticker underneath revealed that the pesto was actually prepared on August 7th and was supposed to be disposed of on August 9th. Unfortunately I noticed this after I already eaten it. It tasted fine, but it worries me in regards to food safety. What else are they making up the dates on?
Our sandwiches were tasty and...
