Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Louisville

This particular location made such a mess of an order that it even impacted my son’s wedding. We ordered a party tray and 15 bags of chips. For lunch. We were 2 blocks from the store at a hotel doing wedding things. Sounds simple enough. We ordered at 1:15 pm and was told the order would be delivered around 2:30-45. At 3:30 pm 15 of the wedding party was still waiting to eat. We called the store beginning at 3pm and about every 15 minutes thereafter. They kept saying the order was “en route”. It was not. Actually that was a big lie. Multiple lies. At 4pm the hotel sent someone to the 301 E Market St Louisville JJ location and the order was just sitting there. They never attempted to deliver it after telling us at least 5 times it was “en route” and next to be delivered. We did not get our order until 4:15 pm and only got it because the hotel was kind enough to go get it. It messed with the wedding pictures schedule and hungry people were left hanging for for 1.5 hrs beyond expected delivery. We only waited so long to go to the location because the store kept saying the order was on its way and would be right there. All lies. This used to be our favorite Jimmy John's location to get our subs until yesterday. Service with Brandon the order taker was terrible and he was extremely rude to myself & my husband!!! When ordering at the end when my husband was asking me if we wanted to add chips and drink the guy rudely yelled louder about wanting anything else as if we were taking to long so we opted not to based on his attitude. We ordered our subs together and paid together.....however they were slapped on the counter separate with no napkins no bag. We have been to this establishment before & never been told to get it ourselves. No sign posted said this was a self service establishment. Delivery time provided was 18 minutes. It took Jimmy John's almost an HOUR to deliver my order to Waterfront Park Place Condos. Jimmy John's is LESS THAN A BLOCK from Waterfront Park Place! I called at 8:30pm - 25 mins after placing my order - and was told they had no orders in the restaurant so it must be on it's way to be delivered. I called again at 8:45pm and was told the same thing. My order was not delivered until 8:54pm! So much for their FFreaky Fast Delivery."
