Urban Outfitters — Local services in Louisville

The selection is great and it's always fun to look around. There was no price on a vinyl and we asked for a price check at checkout but the worker was kind of in a daze and just couldn't seem to stay focused on our short transaction. Another co-worker said something to someone else and the worker helping us just stopped and stared. They didn't seem to know how to use the machine, it took so long just to check the price that I wanted to go buy the vinyl elsewhere. I've worked in retail and I was assuming a quick scan with a price gun would have taken 5 seconds. This was so frustrating because I'm coming from out of town and only have so much time on the weekend in Louisville so waiting isn't really something I want to do while I'm here Checkout is always super awkward here for some reason which is disappointing because the store is cool but I can order online so coming in has become less appealing after each visit. Went down to bardstown road to pick up friends that had no business driving themselves home. Right across the street from where they were was this owner’s lot, which (years ago) was free anytime after 9pm. I parked at 9:26 (I know as my car camera log is timestamped) and walked across the street to pick them up. There were 6 other cars parked in the lot and no signage plainly visible that we couldn’t park there. Owner called the tow company and 18 minutes after parking, at 9:44, all 7 cars in the lot were towed. Upon returning to find no car, I eventually found one sign in the back alley next to the building and behind an overgrown bush with the tow company name and information on it. As shoppers of urban outfitters over the years, this location has permanently lost all business for us and most of the people we know. Put up some clear signs if you plan to have such predatory...

My first time going UO. The store itself was very clean and organized with friendly staff. Not too involved but comfortably aware of each customer. Being my first interaction in an UO store, I was in love. I rarely find Lucky Cat stuff and this store had it. plus the shopping bag is reusable and that is pretty awesome.
