Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Louisville

I come here OFTEN, because I work next door. I get the same thing every time, veggie nachos. Today I got the same thing, but the representative only gave my HALF my scoop of cheese. Before she moved on I acknowledged I noticed the half scoop she tells me if I want extra I have to pay. We spent about 8 minutes while my food was getting cold going back and forth about me receiving a full scoop vs paying extra. She then throws the tray she was making behind her and grabs another bowl and proceeds to THROW even LESSSSS rice INSIDE THE BOWL. WITH THE NASTIEST attitude over a half scoop of cheese that I was shorted. Definitely worse service I’ve had since I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months. I’ll 100% be right back in a couple days because this is my lunch spot. And I’ll 100% leave another review afterwards regardless of good or bad service because I like to stay consistent with my reviews. I love moes, and I work in sales. Stopped in here earlier in the week for a lunch date with the better half and Moe's always satisfies our cravings here. The staff working is always courteous and responsible. Every time the door opens up, the staff always says, "Welcome to Moe's" which is a good sign of customer service and make's the customer feel welcome. When we arrived, the lunch crowd was decent and the people all seemed to be enjoying their meals. I ordered the vegetarian Wrong Doug which is basically vegetables, beans and rice stacked between two tortilla shells wrapped up in a flour tortilla. The ingredients were all fresh inside and recommend getting the fresh jalapenos if you enjoy a little spice and flavor! The great thing about Moe's is their chips an variety of salsa that they offer. Moe's is a great Tex Mex quick eats restaurant with delicious options! Burritos, tacos, salads, and endless chips with a salsa bar, makes this a great option for families with different tastes. Mondays are "Moe's Mondays" where you can get a burrito/chips/drink combo for $5.99! If you download the app, you can get rewards and points for deals and after 1000 points, you get a $10 credit to use on your future purchase!
