KFC — Restaurant in Louisville

This was indeed the worst service I've ever seen. I politely tried to explain to the girl at the counter that the ordering kiosk did not have a choice under combos for chicken nuggets. She insisted that I had to use the kiosk to order, and that they would not personally take my order at the counter. I've never been told that at any other restaurant I've been to. I decided that I was just going to leave, and a female and a couple of other employees started yelling "bye" and "get out" on my way out the door. Also I noticed customers trying to get into the building as I was leaving, but apparently someone had locked the dining room door so no other customers could get in. It was only 7:00pm on a Saturday night and was not overly busy. There were two other families sitting down eating while I was there, so I don't see any reason to lock the dining room for other customers. I went ahead and let the customers in as I was leaving as they also didn't understand why the doors were locked. I really do not appreciate the out right rude attitudes from the employees at this location. Perhaps they are over worked I guess, but I also work in a retail atmosphere, and I would never take that out on the customers. KFC I really would like to see you get your act together in the United States. You have great food to eat and a nice atmosphere in your stores, but the service I've received lately from several different locations is sub par. Particularly the Outer...

As a first responder I just got off of a 15-hour shift. 7:30 p.m. just in time to take something to my 8-year-old to eat who wants chicken legs. I asked for a $20 fill up bucket and two breast and the rest chicken legs. Quickly a different voice got over the monitor and stated they are not doing custom buckets at this time. I said no problem how many chicken legs do you have. And she spouts off we are not doing custom buckets at this time. I said I understand I'm changing my order to just chicken legs. Terrible service. Never made an order correctly. Last time I was there the girl at the drive thru was rude, when we ordered the first time they were out of a certain side.. Waits til we call the people we're getting food for to ask what they want instead...We order that. They're "out of that too". We say, can we get biscuits instead?
