I teach cooking it at the local high school. I'm not an easy customer. Friendly, but not easy. Previously I've purchased most of my foodstuffs at Costco and the local Kroger store. Now, with the Shamrock warehouse here, those days are mostly over. The manager - Mr A. Louis has bent over backwards several times for me ... not kidding. I don't believe he is an expert in foodstuffs, but he is certainly an expert in making a customer walk away very satisfied. Remarkable service. Quite unusual in that regard.

The facility itself is perfect. Small and nimble, but with everything that someone buying in bulk would want. As a teacher I only have a very limited period of time. I can flash in that store and get out quickly. They help me load the car. Am I saying it is the cheapest place ever? No. Am I saying it's well priced and helpful?...

Been there a few times, but the last two were not good experiences. I went the weekend after Thanksgiving to buy king crab legs for Christmas Eve. I was told they were special order and I had to go back the next day when a manager was there. I immediately went to King Soopers about 3 miles away and they had them in stock. Forward to December 21st, went in to purchase a prime rib, I was told it was told again it was a special order, drove to King Soopers and they had many in stock.

How can this place be considered a restaurant supply chain when higher end items are special order but the grocery store a few miles away has them..?

At least the staff is nice, just wondering how long they will be in business the way...
