Over the past year or so that this business has been open the customer service and speed of service has declined continuously. At first the employees were professional and friendly, but not anymore. I just spent ten minutes on “hold” while on an open line. I got to hear the employees yell and curse at one another while forgetting about me. Thanks for that. On another occasion I had a female employee at the counter ask me if i’m really not leaving a tip. For what? you being rude to me over the phone while I made my order? Not acknowledging me while I stood at the counter waiting on you? The sole reason my wife and I keep coming back to this place is due to them being the only ones in the area who sell bubble tea, and she loves the drink (I never drink it myself). Read moreWas a big fan until today. I got 2 taro shareteas. One blended and one with ice. The one with ice was my fiance's and was almost a brown color with hardly any sweetness. (Both were 100% sweetness) I go back in with both drinks to explain and ask for another taro drink to be made. She says okay and takes my fiance's drink and to start making another one. Different lady comes out and says they cant make another all sales are final and i would have to pay for another. I said okay I would just take back my fiance's drink to see what she wanted to do and the lady says she threw it away. So, they threw away the drink, no refund and I had to pay for another. I paid for another. I told her that was rude to throw it away and she said "if you wouldn't have handed it to us we wouldnt have thrown it away" I won't be going back. I own a business and understand this is NOT how you treat anyone...let alone your customers....

No biggie we will live. But today, I waited for 20 minutes while I watched everyone else (who ordered after me) come and go with their drinks, while mine sat on the counter melting. I asked if they were my drinks and was told yes. I asked the barista why mine were just sitting there and everyone else was having their name called. He turned his back to me while I was talking to him and didn't even acknowledge me or that my drinks were melted and separated. The drinks were watered down and just down right gross.
