KFC — Restaurant in Louisville

I never write reviews, my experience with this place was so terrible that I feel the need to help people avoid this place. It was raining really hard when I was in drive-thru to the point where the rain was pouring into my car, so when I asked if I can pull up to the window because I couldn't hear them and it was raining hard, I was told no. So I decided to just walk inside and order, and when I proceeded to order an 8 piece all dark meat extra crispy and 2 Nashville hot chicken orders, I was told I had to wait 22 minutes so I said I would. I didn't mind because I was ordering for 4 people to eat and knew it was a lot. However, the lady up front was huffing as I ordering and getting the sides that I wanted. The manager was on the other side of the counter, so the lady up front and the manager were talking over each other about the chicken so I couldn't understand what they were saying. The lady up front made a mistake also had to ask the manager to override something on the register 5 times because she couldn't hear her. When I said I couldn't understand what was going on and asked them to clarify, the manager came around the corner and had an attitude like I was stupid for not understanding what was going on and told me that because I was taking all the chicken, the people behind me couldn't get some like it was my fault that they didn't have enough food prepared. Mind you, this was 2 in the afternoon... plus I was even willing to wait. She was absolutely disrespectful to me. Once the chicken was done and the order prepared, the lady up front said, "Hey come here" for me to get my order because it was ready. I work in customer service too and that is definitely NOT how you should be talking to a customer. Worst experience ever. I ordered online, the 8 piece tender, and the 8 piece chicken meal, which included one large fry, 1 large mashed potato with gravy, and 1 large coleslaw. On the side, I also ordered an additional large mashed potato with gravy. A large coleslaw and a large Mac and cheese. I waited well over an hour for my food. I get my food only to see that they shorted me a coleslaw. I go back in. I get my coleslaw and I leave. Only to get halfway back to my house and realize I should have looked harder because they completely forgot to give me the 8 piece tinder. This location specifically is a joke, and I highly suggest whoever is in the upper management position above the general manager hop on one of these hiring apps and start filtering through some people and try to find some new management for that location because that is ridiculous. I work in food and I have worked in food for a very long time. So I completely understand the other side of things inside, the restaurant but waiting again well over an hour. Only to receive part of my meal, it's absolutely ridiculous. I would strongly recommend if you plan ongoing to this...

I really dont like leaving bad reveiws. I belive theres to much negitivity in the world already. It takes a combanation of mistakes to get one out of me. Only when i feel im warning others, and also letting the buisness see the mistakes in hopes it helps them to see the error in their ways so that they can make improvments, bettering service for the future quests.....#1 I asked for honey, recived a busted honey mustard that splattered over everything in my order.#2 Asked for BBQ sauce, but their was not any, #3 for 2 famous bowls we recived one fork and one spoon, #4 the chicken was hard and cold along with cold mashed taters, #5 one famous bowl didnt have corn for some reason#6 i thought adding a side of slaw was $1.00, when i asked i was informed it only applies to combo meals, but when i reached the window i was still charged 4 it. #1(positive) the new biscuts with cinnabonn icing was well worth it. 🍽️ I workrd at KFC 20 yrs ago and love it still.
