I recently visited Al Nahrian Supermarket, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience! The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide variety of products to suit every need. This is the worst Arab store in America. The customer service is extremely bad, especially from the owner, who acted as if he was giving me charity for free. No smile, no proper treatment—just terrible service.

I bought some kitchenware, and when I got home, my dear wife didn’t like one of the items. I decided to return it the next day. When I went back, the owner forced me to buy something else instead of giving me a refund.

I was about to leave and call the police, but then I thought, “Why go through all this trouble for just 40 dollars?” So, I picked another item and left. But honestly, I will never go back there again.

There are plenty of high-quality Arab stores, but this one is by far the worst. The owner acted like he was still in his home country. If he had any fear of God, I could have taken him to court.

I visit Louisville, KY every year. Each year I return to this grocery store and the adjacent restaurant. I have always had exceptional experiences. The first year I had many children with me (mine and a friend's family). The owner was so kind to all the kids and even gave them a sample of some sweets. The next year the owner spent time to describe to me Turkish Coffee and how to make it. I bought the supplies. Also, one year my battery went out on my 2017 Toyota van--ugh!!--and the owner helped to jump me off. I recommend this place. Great service...
