I didn't like anything about it after I got ripped off about 300$ not including the gas I wasted for 2months running from the Apple store to hikes to the one on Dixie to wireless world . Do not buy thier IPHONES none!!! They sold me a used 5 (told me it was 5s) because that's what I was looking for (my daughter's 14th bday present) . Worked for 2 days stopped working, took it to get my money back they refused and beat around the Bush. Finally had time to sit for two hours waiting in the Apple store to talk to someone, they tell me it's been water damaged for at least over 30 days so it didn't happen when I had it. Take it back to hikes they still won't give me my money back, I call customer care and cut the line off, told her it didn't work and if I had it fixed then I'd have it cut back on. Go back to hikes try to actually get the guy who sold it to me which customer care said for me to go back and it didn't matter who I spoke with I could get my money back. DIDNT HAPPEN they Then send me to Dixie at wireless world ( who they send everyone to because the same people work there also) . He tells me I need anew battery and it will be 40$. I tell him no because I can buy a brand new one for 10$ more then I paid for for the phone. I take it back to hikes they still Womt budge on my money so them I feel I in the corners I could loose out of 250$ n actually over with activation and first month, or I could pay 40 more and have her phone working. Did that the next day, new battery left with it working. A week goes by to yesterday go to have it reactivated at the metro on Dixie, this guy made sense and actually cared that they on hikes ripped me off and told me they are not even supposed to sale iPhones! And I can't have it activated because now it's listed as lost or stolen!!! So now I'm thinking I'm screwed!! They buy crackheads broke phone, they keep them running just enough days after you buy them then they send you to one of thier stores to fix it and make more money then by the time it's working again it's worthless because now it's on the "negative list". Tell me to come back today that the head tech could maybe get around it if not another carrier would work. I did just that and they can't do anything with it told me to call customer care to have:it took off the negative listen so I do and they tell me that they can't !
