Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Loveland

Ordered a 3 topping large w/Alfredo sauce (no red/marinara). Went and picked it up, brought it home and NO CHEESE! NOT EVEN REGULAR GRATED PARM! AND THE THREE ITEMS WERE ALL ABOUT AN INCH AND A HALF AWAY FRO THE OUTSIDE OF THE CRUST!! WTH KINDA PIZZA IS THAT????

NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD A PIZZA WITH NO CHEESE! AND WHEN PHONE ORDERING, AI ON PHONE GAVE ME A TOTAL AND I ASKED IF THAT INCLUDED THE 2 GARLIC SAUCES I REQUESTED. AI SAID YES. WENT TO PICK IT UP, DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE GARLIC SAUCE ON THE TICKET! SO I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR THAT!

AFTER I GOT HOME AND HAD THE 1ST PIECE, I KINDA THOUGHT ABOUT THE PIZZA AND THE WAY IT LOOKED. HALF WAY THRU THE 2ND PIECE I GO NO WONDER! NO CHEESE!! AND THEN TO BOOT I GOT SICK LATER IN THE NIGHT. Obviously every fast food restaurant is going to fluctuate in service depending on how busy they are, equipment working correctly, the number of employee call-ins on a particular day, number of staff members in training (we all know fast food has an astronomical employee turn over rate that is based on a large number of employees being young school or college students that graduate and move on), etc. That being said, this location runs well far more than it doesn't. I'd estimate I've ordered here 20 times for carryout and 5 times for delivery. I only had one mistake which was that they hadn't realized my carryout order was ready so I ended up waiting 10 extra minutes. Other than that, this location has been spot on with every order. I would give them no stars. Worst experience ever, not the type of person to leave a review but had the worst experience. I placed a delivery order on the app, I accidentally misplaced a order on my address called to re-fix it. The driver took it back because he couldn’t find the place. It took an hour almost 2 to get pizza. instead of letting me know it’s back at the store they didn’t even call. I had call them to see if I was getting it, they wouldn’t send it to the correct address. It was night crew, the guy I talk to was super rude didn’t listen to me when I gave him the correct address more than 5 times.
