Earle's Loveland Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Loveland

This is the first time I’ve been here and I absolutely love it! I came in for a coffee wanting something a little on the sweeter side (usually I’m a black coffee type of girl), and the barista was super sweet and helpful. She helped me navigate the menu and choose a drink based on my preferences. The menu has a huge array of signature drink selections, both coffee and non-coffee and they offer multiple non-dairy options (plus for me!). I walked over to the other side which is a flower and gift shop and it is absolutely adorable! It’s decorated like a little magic fairyland full of plants and twinkling lights, garden decorations, board games, stuffies and more. I fell in love with these little coasters (see pics below) and will definitely be coming back to get some! I LOVE❤, LOVE❤, LOVE❤ Earle's Coffee and Gifts Shop! I've taken 3 groups of people there since I met there originally!?! (One group was 8 of my closest friends!) Their beans are from Conscious Coffee Brewers in Boulder. It's the best Coffee I've ever tasted!!!! (I had to buy a pound of beans to take home!!!) 🤣 I love the atmosphere. I love the owner and all the employees, and THE RESIDENT 3-legged dog Riley! Manager or owner or whoever she was very rude and talked down to me like I was an idiot. I know how I like my coffee and while I was trying to order she kept interrupting me and talking over me. I finally got frustrated and left.

The lovely girl behind the counter was very kind and willing to listen but the other lady was making very difficult for her to do her job. Like how self centered do you have to be to talk down to customers and leave your new people alone behind the counter to fend for herself, she obviously didn't have very much training and needed direction, but there was no one there supporting her, and when she asked a question to her manager/owner lady, she talks to her like shes an...
