WORST Starbucks I have EVER been to... and I have been to more than I would like to admit really. Where to begin??? Well lets go back to the time I sent a coworker to get me my reward drink ... a Quad iced venti caramel mach with extra drizzle ... pretty simple right?? He literally read directly off the posit it I gave him and he cam e back with two drinks one hot and one cold ... ummmm why? He questioned the girl at the window and she was like this is totally what you ordered AND charged him of one of the drinks. Ummmm if you had done your job correctly he would not have had to pay a dime! Then this past Monday (7/20/15) I went through the drive thru bc I was already on that side of town... BIG MISTAKE. I pull up to the speaker and preface my order with "this is going to be a little complex are you ready?" to which the guy says "oh yeah!" I proceed to order the same thing I have ordered at 4+ other locations at least 2 dozen times. Trenta iced coffee 4 pumps hazelnut 2 scoops protein blended with cream..... to which he stuttered "oh um we cant do that" ummmmmm excuse me how come I can get it ANYWHERE ELSE????? Girl comes on and says "what was it you wanted??" I repeated my order. Do you usually get that at this store? Noooo I was on this side of town ... does it matter??? Oh well we cant blend a Trenta because the coffee is already brewed... we can get you a venti frapp. No, I don't want a venti frapp I want you to put coffee, ice, cream, protein powder and hazelnut in a flipping blender pour it in a cup and hand it to me through the window. Nope we cant do that. Ok then I will go to another Starbucks! Ya know one with competent employees!! I will literally NEVER go back to that location for the rest of my life like ever ... complete morons!! Read moreI ordered a standard iced coffee at this location and asked for sweetner and half and half added in. An order i have ordered several times over the years, and across multiple states/locations as well. Needless to say its a very easy order ive never gotten it messed up. To my disappointment the employee for some reason mistook me saying half n half for literally filling HALF of my coffee with cream. That doesnt seem like a common order for anyone by any means so i truly dont understand how or why that happened. It was pretty gross. I love the taste of coffee, so to have what tasted likecream with a side of coffee was honestlu a really negative experience.As i knew my drink would get tossed and remade, i didnt ask for it to be remade and reluctantly took the order i was given because i really hate unnecessary waste and didnt want to be annoying despite this not being my error. But it really was a negative experience ive never had at Starbucks and have not returned since as a result. If im going to pay for a relatively expensive drink, (that isnt even a complex order, and i was literally the only person in line - it was an empty store,) i expect my order to be correct. Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks in town. Every time I attempt to use this location, I leave frustrated and shaking my head. The barista either does not read the order carefully and it is wrong and/or my order takes a long time. I always order mobile and I have never, ever walked into this location to pick it up and it was ready on the counter. Today was no exception, I placed a mobile order and 10 minutes later, it was still not ready. I patiently waited but then people walking in the lobby and ordering at the register were receiving their drinks before they had even started mine. Same for people in the drive-thru ordering and then getting their drinks well before I received mine. 14 minutes after my order was placed they finally had it ready. This location is always very, very slow (even when the store is not busy) and I have yet to EVER receive an apology from any one of their employees for the delay.
