McDonald's — Restaurant in Lower Nazareth Township

Absolutely McTerrible! I usually go to two different locations near my home but today I was near this one so I went there to get a reward from the app. I had over 5500 points. Normally I get a frappe but that's not even a reward anymore. So today I got a medium fry. They were the most disgusting fries I've ever tasted. Overcooked and OLD OLD OLD. I came at about 11:25 am. These tasted like they were fries from the bottom of the bunch that was cooked when they first switched over from breakfast to lunch. It sucks that I spend ALOT of my hard earned money at two different locations I normally go to. Then when i go to collect a reward at a different location, for spending that hard earned money, I get jipped! I ate 3 or 4 of those disgusting fries and couldn't stomach anymore bc they tasted so bad. Thank God they were "free". From now on when I spend my hard earned money at the GOOD locations, I will just stick to getting my rewards at those reputable locations as well because this place has gone downhill...

This location is ok because it's the only McDonald's near us that has a Playplace. My daughter loves the playground inside. My problem with this McDonald's is that it's a little dirty sometimes. When we do eat there we usually sit in the regular dining area. We never sit in the Playplace dining area because the tables are always dirty with crumbs or soda spilled on them. The floor also gets dirty with lots of kids walking and running all over it and dropping food. I understand that it will get dirty in there but they don't keep up on cleaning it often like they should. But the one thing that I really can't stand is the fact that there's flies flying around you while you're trying to eat. You're constantly swatting at flies so they don't land on your food. The employees make the place look bad because they have tattoos showing or they wear tight clothing that is inappropriate for work. The food and everything was good besides the customer service. There had to be more than 4 people working. Waiting from 8:43 am til about 9:20. Saw the manager go out to the drive thru to deliver food atleast 10 times and not serving anyone in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous for fast food joint. Other than that this is the second time this happened the first time a while back I asked for a refund and it was sent back but this time I asked for a refund and asked for my food that I also ordered because that was totally not fair on everyone on the lobby. I don't know about anyone else and how they handled the situation but they need to get this situation fixed for the future. Everytime we asked what is taking so long the manager had told us that they were waiting for food from the kitchen....from a fast food place...what a joke...you won't be seeing me anytime soon.
