McDonald's — Restaurant in Lower Southampton Township

This McDonald's is one of the worst. Either your order is wrong, you need to pull over and wait for 10+ minutes before your full order is ready, or your food is cold and dry. Last time was it! After going through the drive through and paying, I was handed a drink and asked to pull over to spot 1. 15 minutes later, an employee brought out the bag...a #1 and what was supposed to be a ranch snack wrap. I hand my son his burger and fries and there's a filet of fish, no wrap. I look at my receipt...it says fish...I hate fish and was specifically asked which snack wrap I wanted at order. Go into the building and nobody is at the counter and there are napkins, fries...trash...all over the floor and 4 people waiting for mobile pick up. One guy says, 'Did you get the wrong order? Happens all the time.' After being passed by 2 employees who obviously don't want to be there, I just start calling anyone who works in the back. After 2 people, they get a manager who refunds me for 12 extra sauces and hands me a snack wrap that I don't even want anymore. So, I ultimately paid for their mistake AND the new wraps suck. I gave it to my dog. The chicken is like the new tenders...disgusting and there was a tendon in it. How is a tendon in a tender the width of a straw? I'm done with this McDonald's. Horrible McDonald’s in this location. First of all they get your orders wrong. Then when you had to correct it, the manager gets nasty workers have attitude same people all the time your french fries are cold. Taste like they’ve been sitting there now I have to keep going inside to make my order because when they take your order through the drive-through, You don’t get what you want and like I said when you try to address it to the manager He or she gets nasty with you. I’d rather go to another McDonald’s then go to this one Now they hiring new people that cannot understand what you want. And when they do take your order, they give you extra food and then they’ll say you ask for it. I can’t with these people. They need to check this place out. Someone needs to go in there and fix the situation because it’s not getting better. It just keeps getting worse by the minute. When you ask for chicken nuggets, they are so dry. After driving for 5 hours I stopped here to grab something quick for dinner while on my way home. I ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget and 2 medium fries. While ordering I had to repeat myself 5 times until finally the associate who was taking out the trash walked inside and told the guy what I was ordering. Not sure whether his headset wasn't working or what but clearly if the associate taking out the trash heard and understood me the one taking my order should have as well. Then I got told to pull to the first window so I could pay but it was really the second window... minor issue and not a big deal. When I received my food, my entire order was hard and cold so they were clearly old. When I brought this to their attention the associate responded, "That's not my problem. Have a nice day" and proceeded to close the window in my face. Talk about an unprofessional and horrible experience. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location especially when I have numerous other options in the area... including another McDonald's 5 minutes in the...
