Absolutely the worst Drive thru crew ever dealt with ok maybe just the window lady 😂😂😂😂 38 min in line behind 3 cars i get to the window lady hands me A 10 pc mc nugget meal lg dr pepper two cheese burgers and a pie i hand it back and say “thats not my order “ she tells me Jess (spelled yes intentionally wrong) its your order no i ordered a #1 with a lg diet coke she say “ Oh!? “ hands me a bag and says have a nice day i look in bag still not my order hand it back she gets the right order to me without the diet coke i say can i have my drink she says i already gave it to you i day no i handed back the wrong drink already she says no ill get manager !!! I wait she never leaves the window 4 min later she says can i help you ? I say you were getting the manager !? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ she says never mind ill get your coke another 4 min goes by and she has not left the window yet still no coke !!!??? I tell her you win congratulations on your free drink have a nice day can we just please either hire competent people or use these scam artists skills in a useful manner ! Please !? Omg everytime I go to McDonald’s for breakfast there is a lady on the second window. She has the worst attitude. Like the worst. Don’t you there ask for anything else after she gives you your order because she has the nastiest attitude. I went today it has been a while I always think of going in the morning because I dont want to see her. Anyways So she gives me my coffee as I’m trying to put my coffee on the cup holder she’s like Okay have a good day now shaking the bag like hurry up bye’ i was like I’m not even going to check the bag I’m just you to go. I was going to ask if she could give me some jelly jam and butter because I did order a biscuit. But I didn’t ask her because I was like nah I’m good her attitude would have been worse. I’m not good at face to face confrontation. But I really think she shouldn’t be in the window with that attitude and not giving Decent service. I hope Next time I go I hope they take my review seriously and move her from the window or from anything that has to do with attending Customers because she is soo...

I frequent this location quite a bit. The service is fast and friendly, but I find myself disappointed in the consistency of the food. Sometimes I feel like I have gotten stale french fries, or a chicken patty that has been sitting under a warmer. I can definitely tell the difference between when I receive freshly made food or not, the difference is night and day. I'm also frustrated by the fact that this location seems to stop serving any ice cream product in the evening, considering they are open 24 hours. They don't have a sign. I have tried to order a McFlurry on several different occasions between the hours of 6pm and 11pm and have been told very politely by the employees they aren't serving ice cream at that time. Perhaps the managers should put a sign up or reevaluate when they clean the ice cream machines. Overall, I will continue coming back as this is in a convenient location for me and the service is very friendly, but the food consistency is definitely an...
