Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lufkin

I have NEVER had such an awful experience with a pizza place. I ordered a pizza in January half pepperoni half supreme, took over an hour to get it and it was all pepperoni with like 4 jalepenos thrown on. I called and was told a new pizza would take over an hour or I could receive a $20 credit to my account. I opted for the credit to my account as I didn’t want to wait another hour on top of the hour I had already waited. Then tonight I called and asked to use my credit but they said there was NO CREDIT. The manager said since it had been over a month since my last order the most they could do was meet me in the middle with a $10 credit and the pizza is supposed to take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to get here. What happened to 30 to 45 minutes? Did pizzas get harder to make? I will NEVER order from here again and I will tell everyone I know to never order from this Pizza Hut. Horrible customer service and less than spectacular pizza. If I could rate lower than 1...

Okay so I have to get this out here first in foremost. I like pizza hut but I just don't give 5 stars to fast food places because I feel that the lack of nutrition alone counts for the loss of a star. However this particular pizza hut has a problem that pulls on my chain a bit and that is the lack of a drive thru. Just makes me ponder why a fast food place would do this in it's orginal design. Ordered a pizza over the phone at 7:47pm, 1 large pizza - Delivery. The gentleman told me it would be 45-50 minutes. An hour goes by, I call to see where it’s at. The lady then tells me she has no order for me at all. I requested the manager and he explained they got a little behind, and the pizza had just left about 3-4 minutes ago.. okay great! It is now 9:36pm and STILL no pizza. And I paid over the phone! That’s is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. See if I order from them again.
