Worst sub shop ever I don't know what happened to it, they told me 15 minutes for a hamburger order of two fries and a sub sandwich Way to at least 40 minutes with some unattentive young lady at the front desk and two incompetent cooks in the back listening to music low laughing and joking after I wanted to know what's going on with my order they bring out the wrong order and then there's signs on the wall stipulating if you don't check your order before you leave they're not responsible what a joke whoever this Frank j pines guy is is a goof $36 for the above said food I wouldn't go there as the place next door there fire is just a punch palace and it always has been so thanks Frank j pines you're you're facilities sucks and to boot I checked the order like the sign says on the wall to do until you bite into it I didn't realize it was a piece of shoe leather and so well done it was ridiculous cuz it's stupid cooks and back probably left it on a burner they were too busy laughing and joking with each other so I spent $36 to get an order of two french fries and the sub was covered with wilted lettuce what a joke man thanks Frank j pines and scalpers what a joke man I'd give it minus five stars if I was able to I grew up in this neighborhood and I spent lots of nights in scalpers and lots of nights at sharpie's 3S subs getting food when it was good why don't you reevaluate your employees and hire some people that will actually do the job Frank j pines or whoever owns that place whatever man I'll never ever be back and I will tell everybody that I can to not purchase anything from your facility I don't want anymore I'm done and if you don't believe me keep scrolling and read about the rest of reviews from unsatisfied customers and not refunding money what a rip off I can't say enough about how bad this place is it makes me sick to think about it in this day and age when everything's so expensive you got to be ashamed of yourself whoever owns that place close the doors and stop...
Read moreI recently visited Sharpys Subs on Mayfield Rd. and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes and when I realized there were tomatoes present, I returned the sandwich and asked for a refund because I did not have time to wait.
When I brought my concerns to the staff, they refused to offer any form of refund and told me I needed to speak with the owner who would not be in until later. When I called around 7pm I was told he wouldn't be in until around 10pm. I called back around 10:15pm when I was forced to deal with the night manager because Frank, the owner, refused to speak with me directly. After speaking with the night manager, I was told to call back in the morning to speak with another day manager. When I asked why I was told they hadn't been told anything about a returned sandwich and I would need to deal with the day manager.
I called, as requested, to speak with the day manager who also, like the owner, refused to speak directly to me. The associate told me the only thing they were willing to do was remake the sandwich. At this point it's the principal as I do not trust the safety of my food since i can't see them making it. Furthermore, one of the associates was in the front of the establishment eating ice from a cup with her bare hands.
Iwill not be returning to this place and highly recommend avoiding it if you value decent customer service and food safety. This experience was a waste of both my time and money. I did advise that I do not want a replacement, I want my money returned to me since I did not get the service/food I paid for and no longer trust them. I feel disregarded as a customer, and it left me extremely dissatisfied and saddened that a place I held in such high regard would treat its customers this way. Read moreThis is normally my FAVORITE bar to go to but tonight I ordered food and called after I ordered it to confirm that it was done. The young man who took my order over the phone confirmed my order informed me that my food was done and I proceeded to the restaurant to pick up my food. When I arrived I was informed that their credit card system had been down for the last 15 minutes and this was supposed to be a national issue. Thing is, I had just used my credit card at the gas station prior to arriving. It’s late, so I asked why wasn’t I informed when I called to see if my food was done because I had literally just called. When I asked for a supervisor, a large guy came from the back and spoke extremely aggressive on how it wasn’t his problem and it was too much for the young man to inform me when I called because they were working on the problem. He told me the most he would do for me is write me credit card down and run it later. UMMMM NO!
