Zaxbys is one of our favorite places to eat, so this review will be specifically about our last visit on 1/19/24 at 8:15pm. My wife and I walked in, she went to our favorite corner seat and I went to the counter. I stood there for several minutes while the two young girls were laughing and giggling while messing with each other's hair. One of them came to the register and very unenthusiastically took my order. She was in such a hurry to get back to her friend that she finalized the order before I was even finished telling her what I wanted. So I said I'm not through yet and that I need to add something else. She said it wouldn't let her now, so I would have to place an entirely separate order. That was fine, so I did. I went back to the table while waiting for my name to be called, and the first thing I said to my wife was that they have hired some very immature kids, and that I hope our food doesn't get messed up. Well my name was called, I went to get the order which was in bags to go, even though I specified dine in, and what do you know, my food order was messed up. My wife's grilled cobb salad was fried. I knew it would happen, that's why I said it to my wife. She said she would just keep it, but obviously that was not going to work. I took the salad and receipt back up to the counter where again the giggling girls were braiding each other's hair. The original girl who took my order had long straight reddish hair with blonde streaks, around 18 years old or so, came up to me. I told her the salad was supposed to be grilled, and she just looked at me. I showed her the receipt and I was unsure what was going on. I asked her again, is it supposed to be grilled or not, and she said, that's what it's says, and just walked off. I had to ask another girl back there to solve my problem. Anyway, I finally got the salad and went back to sit down. I finally opened up my 6 finger chicken plate, and sure enough, I only have 4 chicken fingers. I told my wife I would go up there for her, but I literally was not going back to those two girls again to tell them I only have 4 pieces of chicken instead of the 6 I paid for. I didn't want their attitude again, and I really didn't think they would believe me after the ordeal we just went through. So that sums up my last trip to the Lynn Haven Zaxbys. By the way, the name on the...
Read moreOrdered for pickup in app, arrived and asked for order by name. They said they didn’t have an order in their queue with that name, and that it might take a few minutes for it to come through so they could make it. I said “ok,” and decided to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting I then walked up to the register again to ask for my order, and the cashier I spoke with this time checked their pickup rack and found my order which had been sitting there since before I arrived and asked the first time. After my last experience here where I ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru before having to get them to make that order again after they’d apparently given it someone else behind me in the drive thru I think I have to finally accept that my best option is to never visit this location again. It’s ridiculous, and the lack of even a “sorry,” from any of the employees when these things happens is just the cherry on top of the pile of garbage that is...
Read moreJust wanted to come here and leave a review for this really kind staff member going above and beyond for a handicapped gentleman that needed some additional help tonight. No frustration, no attitude about it and she was beyond patient and helpful to make sure this gentleman had a great experience even with it being very busy and made sure he had the help he needed. Couldn’t catch the staff members name but she’s young, black curly hair with glasses & she came out to check on him throughout the visit while also maintaining the register/taking orders. I’ve worked in the food industry previously and really appreciate those who go the extra mile for others like she did. Yes this should be the bare minimum but often times I’ve seen some people treated more as an annoyance than just a regular person looking to enjoy their...
