Crumbl — Restaurant in Lynnwood

The store just opened and I happened to drive by on a visit to Bellevue. What perfect timing!

I just had to go check them out after everything I'd heard.

These cookies are HUGE! Oh my!

I actually bake cookies a lot (especially large single serve protein cookies) and these definitely met my size criteria. Nutrition Label though? Made me a little sad. I only got myself to have ⅓ of a cookie at once to avoid the excessive fat and sugar in there.

Taste though? Phenomenal! I had the Hot Chocolate Cookie and it was perfect! SO RICH and chocolatey! Like actually really rich. There was a chocolate frosting on top and little tiny marshmallows on there as well. Just so cute!

My boyfriend had the Buttermilk Pancake cookie and loved it! I held it when we got it out, and it was SO SOFT! Like actually really soft and melt in your mouth kind. Looked really aesthetic too as of there were a scoop of butter on (actually frosting).

The rest of the group tried the others: Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookie and Red Velvet White Chip. Everyone enjoyed them all. Lots of bits and pieces eaten and by many and nothing left to spare.

Definitely recommend if you're okay with about 650 calories a cookie with a lot of butter...

I’ve come to this location for a long time & the last two weeks have been disappointing. Not sure if there is new staff or something changed, but they haven’t been great about greeting/tending to customers quickly. The last two weeks of cookies I ordered were not well done & oddly, the staff didn’t show them to me both times. (Maybe they knew they weren’t that great? Both staff also seemed pretty shy and emotionless - not a lot of eye contact or communication). Last week, the galaxy brownie & wedding cake both came with very little frosting. I have had them a few times before and it was shocking how severely under-frosted they were. I watched the guy frosting other cookies today and it seemed better, but still not a very quality or careful job. This week, the strawberry shortcake had bubbly/weird looking jam on it (unlike the one I got at the Marysville location) and the Cowboy cookie was weirdly small. The customer before me was shown her cookies and asked for one to be replaced based on the look of it as well. I waited in line quite a while to return them, but the lady who took my return was very kind and understanding. Hoping my next time in...

This Crumbl isn't as good as the others. Yes the cookies are made basically the same but for some reason they don't serve them fresh and warm here. At other Crumbl locations I feel like the warm cookies are always served warm and still gooey but at this location they're not very warm or even cold when they arnt supposed to be.

Edit: Went back today around 5:30. The place was busy and full of people so I thought my opportunity to get a fresh warm cookie was higher. I was served a room temperature cookie that's supposed to be served warm. I can get a big cookie at alot of places one of the only things that makes crumbl special is that they serve a warm fresh cookie and not something made a few days ago that's been sitting out. And to answer the managers reply to my review, no. I will not jump through extra hoops to submit things to your corporate entity. This is my review if they care about it they'll go to Google and read it because that's where 99% of people leave reviews and not considering these reviews is extremely ignorant.
