Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Lynnwood

It was terrible. I will not go back. We spent over $50 for the family. Half the order was missing and they had to fix that. One item was completely wrong and they didn't fix that because they charged us for the wrong thing. Since we hadn't technically paid for the item we wanted they didn't give it to us even though we had ordered it. That means we were charged for the wrong thing that we didn't want/didn't ask for and not refunded for it. The girl taking the order didn't know the menu at all. We ordered an order of beef nachos. She rang up beef nachos PLUS a...side of cheese...size of guac...side of Pico de gallo...side of sour cream. Doesn't nachos come with toppings? Nope, just meat and chips. ? Since when? My first job was for taco time and I've never heard of nachos that didn't include cheese. What? You've got to be kidding. So they give us nachos all put together and a tray of these various toppings on the side That obviously weren't needed since it did come with it. That we didn't want but paid for. So ridiculous. When I told the other lady our order was messed up she didn't care. I said well the 7 year old has no entree so I asked for just a cheese quesadilla. She said I have to get the kids meal. I said fine. (I'd spent $50, what's $5 more? I can't just not feed one child. She asked cinnamon crisps or toy...I said neither. She asked about drink... I said none. She's getting irritated with me and I'm like hey. I just need a quesadilla because I already paid for his mexi nuggets and drink separately because the 1st girl doesn't know how to ring things up correctly. At no point did they make any...

I generally have a decent experience ordering with Taco Time. Today was most awful. I ordered online and showed up 10 minutes later, exactly when the app says the order would be ready. The app then said the order was complete at 8:11pm. Customers were coming through the drive thru.... at least 20 cars went through. I already paid for my food through the app, and the employees said they were extremely backed up with the drive thru. Taco Time already had my money BEFORE those customers came through the drive thru.... so why did I have to wait? Our order hadn't even been started. My order was placed at 7:59 pm.....I received my order at 8:44 pm..... for 3 tacos and 2 tater fries. The organization on a busy evening was 100% lacking, and the excuse was not appreciated. Funny thing.... when it was brought to their attention how long we'd been waiting.....BOOM, our order came out within 2 minutes. I feel bad to say that I will not consider this location after this experience. They had an off day. It happens. I earned a reward on this order.... but likely won't even use it. Sorry T.T. But I think it's time to move on. I just hope that night was a learning experience as to how to better prioritize orders that have already been paid for. I wasn't present when my partner came in to figure out what was going on.... and if he came off as being rude then I sincerely apologize. I don't want to deter others from coming to this location. This was just our experience for that one night. I hope it's better...

Taco Time NW is the only fast food chain that we eat at when we need a quick bite to eat. The food is consistently fresh & good tasting & we always eat the same thing. Crispy beef tacos, tator tots & a cherry coca cola. We've eaten at 10 different locations including: Bellingham, Issaquah, Bellevue, Shoreline, Seattle & Lynnwood. We ate at this location in Lynnwood across from the Fred Meyer on 196th on Thursday, Dec 3rd at around 3:00pm. I can't begin to describe how bad it was based on the quality of the food / customer service. We pulled up to get our food and it was chaos inside. Then the soda machine malfunctioned and we ended up getting a coke (bad flavor - poured as the machine ran out of flavor?) and finally a cherry coke. The poor young woman at the counter seemed to be doing everything and asked the manager / asst manager for help when the soda machine went out. The manager grumped over opened up the machine, completely unaware that the poor young woman was trying to assemble the meals. Everyone expect the person helping us seemed very unhappy. We finally got it, pulled over to eat and the tacos were cooled and completely greased soaked on about 1/2 and soggy. Horrible. But the line was too long to go back and they had said we couldn't use the bathroom so I wasn't sure about going back in. If I owned this business I would want to know about this because this location isn't up to the rest of the Taco Time NW locations. under par food...
