I ordered two pizza's at 5:00pm on Thursday 8/24/2023. I was not by a computer so ordered them via phone. The employee who took the order was not educated about the menu and was very slow at taking the order it took 8 mins to order the 2 pizzas for delivery without taking my payment yet. Then I was out of no where hung up on with no idea why. It wasn't an accident either as, I actually heard the phone be hung up in the receiver.
I waited for a call back for a couple mins then called back myself and said I was just hung up on and was given an apology. I asked if my order was complete or if they needed payment info and I was told the order was lost and that we would have to start over.
I asked if there was anyone else who could take the order as I was not sure this employee knew what they were doing. A manager came on and took my order. It was $73 for one large wood butcher and a Med half pep half cheese. When that seemed like it was too much money for what I ordered I was told it was because of the 6.99 delivery fee. So gave my AmEx card number then was told they don’t take AmEx when I got to the end of the info. So I paid the amount with a Visa and was told it would be there in around 40-50 mins.
At 7:30 my son asked where the pizza was. I was totally unaware so much time had passed. And my kids said they were starving. I called right away and asked what happened to our order. I was told it was ready and sitting there on the counter but had not been accepted by a DoorDash driver. First I was shocked that Zeeks was using DoorDash and I was shocked that it had been 2.5 hours with no call to tell me that my pizza was delayed. I asked why no one called and the manager said, “We have no control over delivery and there is nothing I can do about it.” Then mentioned that maybe it was because I didn’t tip. I said “You didn’t give me an option to Tip!” I had no idea it was DoorDash as last time I ordered Zeeks they had their own drivers and I like to tip cash in person. I asked if I could have my husband come pick up the 2.5 hour old pizzas and have it be on the house. He said the best he could do is 30% off my order. With all that happened, ordering taking forever, being hung up on with no call back or explanation and then having to check in about why my pizzas never arrived. I couldn’t believe I would still be charged for Pizza that late and old when our household was offering to pick it up. I said fine, My husband will be there soon.
After a few mins I called back being a total Karen but rightfully so, asking if there was anyone else I could talk to… an owner or direct manager? I was told again there was nothing he could do besides 30% off and that there was no one else I could talk to and it wasn’t their responsibility that my pizzas weren’t delivered – Direct quote, “That’s on DoorDash not us.” My husband was standing there at the counter while the manager was talking to me and he heard him say all these things and also saw that there were 3 orders including ours waiting to be picked up for delivery. He was so disgusted by the way he was talking to me he just walked out. I told the manager to cancel my order once I heard back that my husband was not going to pay for pizza that old and how he didn’t want to give his business to a manager that takes zero responsibility on customer satisfaction. I told the manager that I will never order from Zeeks again and he said, “Good, we don’t want your business anyway.” Switching to DoorDash might have been a corporate discission? Idk. But not being told it had switched, or not being asked for an option to Tip and blaming me as to that I why I didn’t get my pizza that night is in the Top 1% of horrible customer service experiences I have ever received. At this point 3 hours later, I had to still figure out dinner at 8pm for my family.
I also called the corporate office the next day to talk about my experience and only got an answering machine which I left with my name and number and never received a call back.
My Pagliacci’s order was a Complete 180 with...

Total disclaimer right out of the gate, the pizza looked so good I forgot to take a picture before it was all gone. In addition to the pizza looking good, it tasted great!
I visited with a fairly large group that was looking for a place to just sit back, relax, and throw down a few beers. Turns out Zeeks Pizza was the perfect place for all of that!
As the group entered, we were greeted with a warm welcome before being seated. Also as we were greeted, we were kindly informed that since our party was fairly large, the food may come out at slightly different times, rather than all at the same time.
That wasn't a problem since we were in no rush to be anywhere else.
The total atmosphere inside Zeeks Pizza is awesome. We sat at the only large table they had, which is a super long picnic type table, it worked out perfect for us.
For food, the group ordered, you guessed it, pizzas! Each pizza had different toppings and tasted absolutely great. We also ordered salad, breadsticks, and yup, beer.
They have an abundance of beers on draft so you'll definitely find something that fits your style. As for me, I stuck with the Chuckanut Brewery Kolsch. It was a great tasting Kolsch, well done.
Thanks to all the staff at Zeeks Pizza who made us all feel so welcome. If you're in the area and looking for pizza, look no further than Zeeks Pizza, you won't be disapointed.
Oh ya, thanks for the sticker... I'll be representing it proudly throughout...
Read moreDelivery: Easy, straightforward. Delivery time was accurate to what my receipt said, driver was friendly and happy, and my pizza was hot, drinks and ice cream were cold, I made sure to tip well! Everything was delicious!
In-house: Great time every time. Server was very nice and checked on us through our visit. Albeit the server was visibly busy, she made up for it with a fast walk and a great attitude. I always leave a good tip, especially when they appear so busy and understaffed because they still always put out amazing service. Lunch time is a nice time to go too; pizza comes out a bit faster, more chat time with the server.
Food/Drink: They offer great local beer and the ingredients for pizza are local and fresh. I'm confused by the reviews saying the pizza was bland. I'd they that would be a fluke because the pizza is always ALWAYS delicious whether it's in-house, pick-up, or delivery. If your pizza is bland I would bring it to their attention and I know they always try to make it right when something goes wrong like that.
Cost: Granted the price has gone up for things over the years. I'm not sure why. Inflation? The local beers charging more? Insurance cost for a growing business? It used to be my little secret. Great beer and pizza at a great price. Now it's more like: you get what you pay for. Great quality, but you better have a...
