Very bad experience ordering from here. I had a simple coupon with me and mentioned it before ordering my food. The female employee obviously did not understand what the coupon stood for (which was to order 2 chicken sandwiches for $5 - max 5 chicken sandwiches per order, per visit). First, she said the coupon is only valid if I order 6 sandwiches (what?). Then, she corrected herself by saying the coupon is valid only if I buy 2 sets of 5 chicken sandwiches, which is 10 total (trust me, I’m confused too if you got this far). For the sake of argument, I just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches so I could move on after what felt like forever. Once I’m at the window, the female worker (receipt said her name was Fancy), was not polite whatsoever. I handed her my coupon and explained to her what the conditions were of the coupon (she didn’t even bother to look) and she said “$25” in a rude tone and basically rushed me to pay without even hearing what I had to say. I worked in customer service for quite a few years, and not once did I not try to understand and take into account the customer’s point of view. Overall, “Fancy” needs some retraining on her customer service skills & maybe reconsider working in the fast-food industry. P.S., she wasn’t wearing her name tag at the window, which just shows that she’s probably been complained about before by other customers...
Read moreWe visited Arby's around 9 pm with a large family order. Unfortunately, the cashier taking our order seemed impatient and irritated from the start. We politely explained that one member of our family has a severe dairy allergy. His response was dismissive, which made us feel unwelcome.
When we ordered roast beef sandwiches for the person with the allergy, he curtly informed us that the buns likely contain eggs. We clarified that eggs are not dairy, but his frustration seemed to increase. We then ordered additional roast beef sandwiches (without the allergy concern) and emphasized the need for careful handling to avoid cross-contamination. He responded with a scoff, stating they were "literally identical."
Despite our attempts to communicate clearly, the cashier's continued irritation made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. This ultimately led us to forgo part of our intended order.
Overall, this visit was a disappointing experience due to the lack of patience and attentiveness to our...
Read moreOn Nov 26 22, I placed a lunch order in the app. I come through drive through to pick it up, the young woman advised me that one cannot pick up app orders in drive through, "you have to come inside." My circumstances required I couldn't leave my vehicle, and I advised the attendant of this. She repeated the same statement again. As I simply could not leave the vehicle, I asked that my order be cancelled. She stated that I would have to call the customer service line since they do not handle app orders. Not only could I not get my food, but I'd be out the cash, too. 20 minutes later, after calling the 800 number and reciting my name, email address, phone number, credit card number, and store number, I was finally able to cancel the order and again begin looking for lunch for my family. A very frustrating experience. While I have always enjoyed going to this Arby's, as I live very close, this particular experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Ten minutes later I was able to...
