Terrible Experience – Needs to Be Investigated!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I (a total of 5 people) stopped at the McDonald’s in Lytle while passing through, and it was hands down the worst fast food experience we’ve ever had. I’m including pictures!
When we walked in, the front counter was crowded with high school kids just hanging out with the employees. They weren’t in line, yet we had to push our way through just to place an order. It was chaotic, with these kids grabbing people’s orders that weren’t even theirs.
After placing our order, we never received a receipt or an order number, so we had no way of tracking when our food was ready. We waited for 20 minutes, and when we finally received our food, they forgot all of our fries—only giving us the burgers. At this point, I asked for the manager, who got our fries, but it was clear that no one was properly managing the restaurant.
To make things worse, the dining area was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing, tables were covered in trash, and employees did nothing about it. We even witnessed kids going behind the counter and grabbing cookies from the back. It was jaw-dropping to see how unorganized and unsanitary this place was.
This location needs to be investigated ASAP. How is it possible that customers (or random kids) have free access to food behind the counter? I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism or cleanliness at a McDonald’s before. If you’re in the Lytle area, do yourself a favor and avoid this place....

Read moreWorst McDonald’s I’ve been to this isn’t the first time this has happened but I come thru the drive thru I order certain items and they don’t tell me they don’t have it til I get to the second window like seriously! What really gets me is the people who Greet you those are the first people who make an impression on the establishment and they don’t make a good impression at all with their sour lemon faces! Then I get parked and I specifically told them how I wanted the order bagged and the gentlemen that brought it out says oh we have you an extra bag because they didn’t know how to bag it I was like are u serious? Two hash browns and two sausage biscuits bag them separate how hard is that? Then I look at the order and I’m missing hash browns and I had to get off from being parked to going back in there to correct it a big inconvenience! They need to train their employees on how to greet customers and how to communicate communication is a big thing especially working in fast food industry! I hope they get better because this McDonald’s has gone way down and I’m on the verge of not even visiting this...
