Horrible service. We arrived with a party of 4 and were told there was a wait. Due to covid restrictions we were asked to wait in our car and we would be contacted via text when a table is ready. We were sent a text about 25 minutes later and we're seated in a booth. There was no social distancing between tables. Our waiter Denzel K came to the table had an instant attitude. He took our order for appetizer and drinks and left. Our appetizer and drinks were dropped off 15 minutes later nothing said (literally placed on table and walked away). We were given no plates or napkins to go with the appetizers. The appetizers looked and tasted reheated or as if it was under a heat lamp for a long period. However, we did not complain. Not once did our waiter refill our drinks or come to check up to see if anything was needed. When Denzel did come back later for us to order our entrees. We asked if we could get some napkins Denzel brought back exactly 5 napkins visually irritated stating we will be closing in 15 minutes. Our party of 4 stated that was okay as we never received our meal yet. We asked did we need to get our food to go. He stated no the meals would be brought out he was just informing us they're about to close. When the food was brought out everyone's plate was brought out except one. Denzel stated enjoy your meal and left. I waited well over 15 minutes before asking if my food will be ready soon. Denzel got nasty stating it's made to order and when it's done it will be brought out. I stated it was fine at this point everyone else was finishing their meal and were ready to leave. Once my food finally came out I asked if we could get boxes and the check. He brought back 2 boxes and the checks. We asked for additional boxes and asked if we could get bags to carry the food in. Anything we asked seemed as if it was a problem. The food was less than satisfactory & the service was terrible. However, I still left an 18% tip. Although I will never visit or recommend this establishment to anyone. I hope management can retrain and have a conversation with their employees about the importance of customer service so that the next guest who visits does not have a horrible...

Upon arrival, I was told there would be a 45-minute wait. Now, I understand restaurants can get busy, but what I witnessed was utterly baffling. The restaurant was far from packed. In fact, numerous tables were completely empty. It was blatantly obvious that the issue wasn't a lack of space, but a severe shortage of staff. I watched as bewildered patrons waited aimlessly, and the few servers on hand struggled to keep up. To be told to wait 45 minutes when there were clearly available tables is simply unacceptable. It's a sign of poor management and a complete disregard for customer's time. If you're short-staffed, either close off sections of the restaurant or find a way to manage the flow of customers more efficiently. Don't leave people standing around for nearly an hour when they can clearly see open tables. This Applebee's location appears to prioritize understaffing over customer satisfaction. Read moreI wish I could rate 0. i originally called the restaurant to place a to go order over the phone. The girl said someone else was using the computer so she was putting me on hold. After waiting on hold 13 minutes someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I called back 3 times with no answer . We then placed a to go order at 8:33pm online. Pick up time was supposed to be 8:51pm. My husband went inside at the pickup time and they said they were still waiting on the order . At 10pm he still did not have the order ! I called the restaurant and the same original girl answered and I asked to speak to a manger. Instead of getting a manager right away she asked what the problem was and when I told her my husband has been waiting inside for over and hour and I wanted to talk to someone to issue a refund she got an attitude and her response was that “he should’ve came to the right spot in the restaurant” and continued to argue with me and basically make us out to be stupid . If my husband had already talked to multiple people why would they not tell him he was in the wrong spot inside and where to go instead of making him wait over an hour ?
