Arby's — Restaurant in Macedonia

I'm glad you asked Google, Arby's was once the Class of the Field in "Quick" serve food service. Employees were happy. Sadly this location is employing negative persons, so it seems. This poor customer service has been the same for about 5-6 year's. I would frequent this store often, if I felt to be a welcome guest. Now I use just the Drive thru, when occasionally and really hate bothering the staff. There is never a greeting given, nor a thank you, let alone come again, and a simple smile. I would sure like at least one napkin, provided in my bag, and maybe some condiments offered. No , I need to trouble the counter person, with my nuisance, and request what I would like to complete my purchase. Because of a Hunger, I do eat occasionally, and Arby's has the MEAT, so yes I will accept this as common practices at this convenient location. The building is maintained as is the parking lot.The inside, I will leave up to you to decide, because I won't be doing any inside service's. I am not one to be an intrusion in to their umm, jobs (?). The food is Arby's, I like the menu and varieties offered. The Burgers are winners. Ah yes Arby's, another American fast food chain that offers a really quick and easy way to grab something to eat at a fairly reasonable price especially with a coupon. Just as any fast food joint at Arby's you can find something on the menu that will be a better option than a so called roast beef sandwich. While this review is not about the health aspect (save that for another review) I myself do enjoy a "roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce". This particular visit I had the Grand Turkey Club with no tomatoes. Only because I don't eat them on any sandwich ( there are some exceptions but very few). It comes with bacon, lettuce and mayo on a whole wheat bun. I have to admit it was a very tasty meal. I give three stars only because the service was as expected and the price was as expected. While I don't endorse fast food chain restaurants I do believe in "picking were you eat good or bad". Worst customer service. Spent 15 minutes in line to order food at 2:45 pm. Had to be back at work at 3:00 pm. Paid for the food... Got a receipt... 3:01 pm.... still was waiting for my one sandwich... 3:03 pm left without sandwich because I was already late getting back to work. On the drive back to work I called saying I had no choice but to leave because I had spent too much time in line waiting for one freaking sandwich. 20 minutes to get a sandwich is insane. I was offered to get a sandwich after work. But I won't get out of work until after they are closed. They offered to let me have a sandwich the next time I came back.
