Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Macedonia

About a month ago I ordered two gluten free subs through delivery. My subs arrived and no bread was included because they were out, yet I paid extra for my gluten free bread. The store did not inform me of this and it still allowed me to place my order in the app. I ordered sandwiches, not a bowl of meat and toppings. I called the store for a refund and the employee said the manager would call me the following day. She took my info but I never received a call so I called. Jasmine was very friendly and offered me two replacement GF subs.

I went once to try to redeem my subs but the store was again out of gluten free bread.

I finally tried one more time today. The store had my bread, and one of my two sandwiches was great. The other which was a buffalo chicken was missing everything but the chicken and cheese. No toppings, no sauce. A plain chicken sub. Overall, very frustrated with how this store is operating. While we were waiting for our order, we stood in the lobby as multiple employees stared at us. No greeting, no welcome in. Employees had ear buds in and made it clear they don’t care about the customer experience or food quality being served. Luckily another location is just...

Ok so I love Jersey Mike's just not the one in Macedonia. I came in and the girl who was the only one who was there greeted me right away and was friendly but when she took my order and my money. She did not wash her hands on between touching money and making food only out on a glove. Then while my son and I were sitting in the dining are more employees came in and sat on tables in back but where customers can see and put a blonde guys hair in a bunch of rubberbands and was cussing. I don't think that's appropriate where food is served to be doing hair OR cussing loud enough for little kids to hear in the dining area. All tables were dirty and I had to clean my own. I was the only customer in there so it's not like they were busy and couldn't clean off tables! Before we left we went to the women's bathroom and it was disgustingly dirty. I took pictures of the bathroom if the manager or owner would like to see. We went at 1030 am on 5/31/18 and they opened at 10am so those bathrooms or dining area shouldn't have been that dirty at all. I love Jersey Mike's but will never go to Macedonia one again! Sorry...

I was in this shop on 11/10/17 around 12:00pm, ther was a coup,e ahead of me and line started to from behind me, the coup,e ordered thier sandwiches and I standing there and finally the clerk ask me for my ordet, I ordered my sandwich and stood to the side, I waited as 10 customers ordered and recieved thier food as I still was standing there, no one ask if I had place my order or I would be next, I don't want to call on the race card but I was the only lets on of color in the shop and every other customers was Caucasian, I stood three for 40mins before the clerk say what did you order I told him and he said it was coming right up. I watched him make the order in which he gave me the wrong order and had to remake the sandwich. Some of the customers that came in after me were done eating their lunch as I finally got mine, the couple that ordered in front said as I was leaving what happened you were right behind us, that's not right. I just said I know but th st how some people get treated. I said I would write about this experience but it really had me upset. Things like this still...
