Wendy's — Restaurant in Macedonia

The staff had no clue as to what was going on! There seemed to be one (manager) running around while everyone else was in slo-mo speed. The young man at the counter didn’t say much and it was clear he didn’t listen very well when people ordered. He put our order in wrong & overcharged us. It wasn’t by much so I didn’t say anything. The lady in front of us (dining in) said her order and they didn’t listen to one word she said. The lady was clearly upset (it was some basic request-baked potato with toppings on the side). They acted clueless and obviously didn’t care that she was upset. The drink station was dirty and most sodas were not working/empty. There was no ketchup in the self serve bucket. When I asked for some I got 2 packets. The trash can area had liquid leaking from the trash area.It was not just a little bit it was a HUGE puddle. Plus It was obvious it had been sitting there for sometime. The guy at the counter walked around the dining room area but didn’t do any cleaning or restocking. The rest rooms seemed pretty clean. Went in with my family to eat ordered the 4 for 5 dollars meal with what I thought was a bigger sandwich than the one in the 4 for 4 but they handed me a bag and in that bag was one of the smallest saddest burgers I've ever seen I open the bun no bacon or lettuce only cheese half a squirt of katchup and one little ring of onion not much bigger than a quarter I walked back to the counter and was greeted with a manager that seemed to not really care she showed it to the line worker and told him the customer wants more onion and bacon on their sandwich he rolled his eyes and laughed right in front of me very professional behavior in front of customers he remade it alright I opened the sandwich when I got back to my table laughed showed it around to family members they were like wow that's what it looks like after you ask them to make it again one ring of onion again half a squirt of katchup and what looked like the tiniest piece of bacon they had cut into three parts over the patty I'm posting a picture below..... This place, like many others is understaffed, so I try to give grace. There's no other Wendy's in the area so if we want Wendy's we have to deal with the long wait times in the drive-thru line. Normally, the people are nice enough, so I can't say much about the employees (or at least the one on the mic). Last night we waited probably 20-30 minutes in total (before and after ordering). When I got home all of the sandwiches I said "no tomato" on had tomatoes, no big deal, we just took them off, but the big deal was that I ordered an asiago chicken sandwich, and they gave me a burger. A burger with all the fixings for the same sandwich, but a burger, not chicken. They really could have just told me that they didn't have any chicken, and if that's not the case, I had already waited so long, I could have waited a little longer for the chicken to be made. I check to make sure I have all I ordered (sandwiches, nuggets, fries) but I don't open stuff in the car to make sure it's right and I'm guessing that's what they were banking on.
