Looking for a cute, friendly coffeehouse with a full breakfast? Corner Kitchen is for you! Located on the corner of Gulf Blvd and 140th Ave in Madeira Beach, FL. I found plenty of parking at 7am on a Monday morning. Weekends are likely a little busier. The team at Corner Kitchen welcomed me as if I were a local. It is nice to go anywhere where you can be new and not feel out of place.

I ordered a carnitas omelet and an Americano. Before I thought to get a pic, my omelet was gone and I was satisfied. The size of the breakfast was perfect, not too large, and the flavors that came out of the small kitchen were tasty!

Easy atmosphere inside, you get a peek at the ocean from all tables, and you will feel welcome as soon as you walk in!

Best little oasis across the street from the beach access. Small parking lot in back. Lots of space and seating whether you’re grabbing a coffee on the way to the coast or you need a place to whip out the laptop COMFORTABLY and work for a few hours. The team and owner are very gracious and welcoming. They call you by name :) The menu is all scratch cooked, they freshly cracked their eggs. It smells amazing when you walk in. I had the Breakfst BLT and it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in my life with layers of crispy bacon. I asked for sugar free syrup in my cold brew and NO ONE ever carries anything except vanilla but they had SF English Toffee.
