April 12 2025. No pool and no elevator working. They said there would be someone here to help carry food and belongings that’s was a lie. No help. Found beach sand covered with glass, bottle caps, bolts, screws. Most food areas closed and others charging surcharge fees extra 3 percent. My unit drier door bent and did not work. Room was clean...
