My girlfriend and I both use to live in Florida and now we meet annually at a hotel on the beach for a long weekend (she comes from Texas and I come from Northern Arizona). We both loved the Shoreline Island Resort! The staff were all super nice; especially Perry and Erin (they were my favorite). Their moto is "it's all about the experience"; and they really mean it! Perry let me keep my ice cream in their freezer after we checked out because we were going to John's Pass and didn't have a cooler; that's what I call going above and beyond.😊 He even told us where to go for vegan ice cream cones at John's Pass once he knew I was vegan. Speaking of vegan; they had vegan breakfast bars at their continental breakfast every morning we were there; I've never seen that before in all of the times I've traveled with my husband and son over the years we've been on vacation. Our room was overlooking the pool and the beach. It had a cute kitchen with a little 4 burner stove/oven and a refrigerator plus all the things you'd need in a kitchen to prepare and eat meals (and clean up). There was a table and chairs and 2 nice recliners. Our balcony had 2 chairs and a small patio table. Everything was great. The only things we're going to change next year are we're going to stay longer and we're going to stay in the building where we can see the sunset from our balcony. The room we just stayed in we had to go down to the beach because a palm tree was in the way and a part of a building (not a big deal at all). The hotel also lends chairs and towels for the beach; so that's another thing you don't have to worry about bringing. As you can tell we loved it here and we will be spending all of our girls weekends going forward here!! I highly recommend the Shoreline Island Resort - either for a couple of days if that's all you have or longer if you can swing that (you won't...
Read moreThe shoreline resort is absolutely one of the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. It has a full kitchen, with everything that is needed you have pots glasses frying pants cups utensils mixing bowl, toaster, electric can opener, microwave and full size refrigerator.
And opportunity to visit their beautiful warm pool. We stayed on the gulf side which was breathtaking the views were breathtaking. We were on the second floor we literally walked down the steps and out the door and we were on the beach just that simple we kept the door open every night for my balcony just to get the sound of the ocean it was so beautiful and so peaceful.
Shoreline resort does not charge and any extra fees meaning any resort fees. We stayed from April 15th through today April 23rd we will schedule to come home on April 22nd but we just couldn't leave we really couldn't leave that's just how much fun we were having.
The customer service was superb whatever you needed they took care of your needs doing covid they made sure that things were cleaned and you ordered services if you want it to have maid service you had to schedule it.
There is laundry service on the premises on the first floor and makes you feel like you're at home there's two chairs very comfortable chairs I might add setup you have a flat screen TV and you have your washers and dryers.
The location is great because you're within walking distance to any eatery if you drive you're about a half an hour away from Clearwater Beach if you drive the opposite direction then you're about 10 minutes away from John's Pass
I can't wait to come back next year many thanks to the staff and to everyone that made our vacation special...
Read moreWe were super impressed with this establishment. Everyone was very friendly and gracious! We stayed in their apartments across the street from the main resort which still gave us access to all the amenities of the resort which included the pool, Madeira Beach access, continental breakfast, housekeeping, coupons for various establishments in the area. We were minutes from everything. When we first walked in there was a living quarters with a sofa bed, a flat screen HD TV,a rocking chair, end table and a coffee table off of that was a kitchenette complete with cook ware, dining ware, stove, full size refrigerator, table and chairs. As we continued down the hall way there was a bathroom with a huge vanity and a king size bedroom, with a giant closet king size bed, nightstands, dresser and another flat screen HD TV. The owner lives on the property so any issues are dealt with directly and promptly. We booked months in advance so we had a sizable discount. Even if you booked the day of the price cannot be beat. I would definitely stay again if and when visiting Madeira...
