Food was cooked well and tasted great, but your PORTIONS are ridiculously small and with how high your prices are now - this was disappointing, to say the least...

Staff are mostly nice and friendly, although the girl working the cash register came out to give us our food and was clearly in a bit of a rush (or maybe irritated by something?) - and essentially threw the tray down, spilling fries out onto my (elderly) father. If it was an accident, a simple apology would have been fine but she literally looked right at me, didn't apologize - let alone offer to help clean up the mess or get us more fries - and just went back behind the counter... The restaurant was practically empty too, so why that even happ'd - I have no idea... But her whole demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional at that pt.

My family and I have been long-standing Penn Station customers since the 90s, at various locations all over Cincinnati - but all 3 of us that night said that was prob the last time any of us will be back...

The food was absolutely perfect. Really good sandwiches and fries. The lady who took our order however was rude and arrogant. We got there at 8:45 it is printed right on the door that they are open until 10:00 but then somebody has added a little sign above that saying they're only open till 9:00. I did not see the smaller sign I saw what was printed directly on the door. The lady went out of her way to let me know that they were closing in a few minutes. She was very rude to the two 11-year-old twins that I had brought there for the first time. Rather than explain the menu she made them feel like they were stupid because they didn't know as she put it that the sandwich doesn't come with anything you have to tell her what you want on it. It wasn't what she said but the demeaning way in which she said it. This lady really does not need to be serving people. So yesterday on Thursday May 29th around 2pm I grabbed a total of 6 sandwiches, 3 fries and 2 drinks due to the $4.99 deal that was going until June 1st since I always cook I got and EX. sandwiches and I been wanting this since Memorial Day I went they were closed so I finally made it and when I ordered I always have to ask for EX. veggies and I wont blast them other Eastside locations LOL but anyway basic point is I will never have to ask for EX. at this location it was NICE and SWOLL. The food was absolutely amazing from what I had in awhile, Service was REAL and FRIENDLY!! I loved it so much I'm going again tonight so I don't have to cook for a good ol movie date night. Also I don't even write reviews like EVER I felt like that Team and Location should have been acknowledge. With that deal my total would have been $75 but end up being $50 DONT MISS THAT...
