Feel Good Cookies — Restaurant in Madison Heights

I’m giving them a 5 because they are a small business and gave terrific customer service .

I gave them prob too high in atmosphere because the outside isn’t much but they don’t control but what they can control you can tell they try to make it look homemade and nice .

I tried 4 kinds of the cookies and brought them home to my family to try with me . Peanut butter cookie won out for best taste . All of them seem like they were made with quality ingredients. I really liked the oatmeal cranberry one .

However these are all very soft cookies which to me always seem undercooked when you get past the edge of the cookie . So I’m not a fan of that type. For ppl who like soft baked cookies they’ll love them .

We ate around the edges of all the cookies than put the centers in the over to try to cook them more . I’d love if they made them a little smaller and cooked them longer but I understand it’s the type of cookie they are making .

So while not for me, I feel if you like the big cookies that almost fall apart and are super soft and moist inside these are for you .

I’ve driven past Feel Good Cookies a hundred times before on a whim my husband and I decided to go in. We were greeted by Sheng and she enthusiastically welcomed us into the store. I realized it was five minutes until they closed and apologized for coming so late and told her we would be super quick. Sheng was so kind and took time to chat and explain each cookie! She even gave us directions on how to warm them up and what ice cream she preferred with the cookies. She didn’t rush us or make us feel bad for coming just in the nick of time. When my husband and I got home we warmed up the cookies per the directions and immediately ate them. They were amazing! We got two seasonal cookies and two cookies they have all year around. The NYC chocolate chip cookie was amazing the regular chocolate chip melted in my mouth just like cheng said. I really love their story and their passion! I’m so happy to have...

Sheng, Andrew, their product and the meaning behind their business is what the world needs more of! I was lucky enough to discover Feel Good Cookies as I drove by on my way to work. Their mission to spread gratefulness is just awesome! They are the sweetest and most professional couple and the cookies are outstanding. I ordered a gift box for my dad to be shipped from Michigan to Florida last week. He LOVED the cookies and the personalized messages that came with them and called to say how well they were packaged.
