These guys are worst than crooks, they are unethical and dishonest. They sold me a battery one night that I found out was dead when I installed it. They were closed so I bought a new one at Meijer. I didn't have the time to return the dead battery until the day after there 14 day return window. After an hour of beating my head against the wall with the Arabic, guy I realized that he was too narcissistic to understand the concept of customer service. I request that he have the owner call me. I received a call from a man that claimed the be the manager instead. I say that he claimed to be the manager because I would later find out that he has no control over the other guy. I find it hard to believe that a manage could manage with no influence over his subordinate. The "manager" agreed to put my "used" battery back on the shelf and sell it as new. When the battery sold he would give me my money back. I though that practice to be unethical, but I just wanted my money back so I agreed. When I went back 3 weeks later the Arabic man said that he was going to sell it at a discount. He said that he didn't care about the agreement that I had with the "manager" he was going to do it any way. I told him that I was capable of selling my battery on Craig's List at a loss. If I'm going to be screwed over I prefer to do it my self. I asked for my battery and left. I had had enough. That man wasted hours of my life that I'll...
Read moreSTAY AWAY! The owner (Naseer) is unbelievably rude and doesn't sell good products, honor returns or warrantees, and basically pushes customers out of the store if you disagree with him. I purchased a new lawn mower battery from the store and got home and it was dead. I brought it back to the store the next day and he said the equipment couldn't read the battery voltage because it was so low. I told him that I brought it home and hooked it up and tried to start my machine and nothing worked, and it was so low, it is because he gave it to me that way. He called me a liar! I'm in my 60s and never seen this type of business man. I told him to just replace it and I'll leave and he said no because the battery is damaged. I told him I didn't damage it, it hasn't even been used once and never started even one machine. Then he told me to call the manufacturer of the battery if and see if they will warranty it. I am reporting him to the BBB for bad ownership and also to BatteriesPlus Bulbs corporate for selling bad product and advertising warrantees and does not honor...
Read moreI bought a motorcycle battery from these guys and my motorcycle wouldn't start. I made the mistake of trusting that the brand new battery would be fine and something else must be wrong. The dealership found that the brand new battery was not producing enough amps to start the bike. The process took over 2 weeks (the return period), so I hoping that they would work with me since they did sell me a bad battery. Not only would they not work with me, the man tried telling me - "you can't just put a new battery in the bike, you have to charge it first", followed by more b.s. The lady made comments like "we don't know what you were doing with the battery for 2 weeks." They were very rude and not helpful at all. The battery was still under warranty so even if they let me returned it, they could have filed a claim, received another battery, and not lost any profit. Bottom line - don't not trust what these guys say, and if they sell you a bad product keep in mind they do not budge with the...
