My son chose subway for his meal after his last day of school. We hadn't been to subway in ages, so we walk in and step to the side to look at the menu options and I audibly explain how we haven't been here in a while. We were rushed to make a decision even though there was no line!? By this skinny nerd uni bomber looking punk. We make our selection and walk forward and he asks what type of bread and I immediately look around obviously trying to find the list of options. With a smile I ask where the list was and this punk has the nerve to say to me "right in front of your face" as he pointed to the list that was on the glass rather then the menu. How was I supposed to know that? I had just explained that I hadn't been in some time. If it wasn't a special occasion and I didn't have both of my kids with me I would have cussed him out and spoken to a manager. It's nobody's fault that you hate your job punk. Read moreThis location is poorly managed. First of all, read other comments that talk about only one person working. This location is always understaffed. I have had two experiences now where I had to leave because of how long they took or prioritizing online orders. Yesterday, there were actually two people working and they still couldn't keep up. They had a large online order that came in and never got to it. So when it was my time to order, they said they needed to do the online order and it would be 15-20 minutes before they could take mine. I had already been waiting 10 minutes for them to finish the two people in front of me. It is not the worker's fault. They are doing the best they can. If Subway is going to get into the online business, they need to make sure there is enough staff to take care of the online orders and the people who chose to come in when they could have...
Read moreI had placed an order through the app for my order that I had saved through the app as one of my favorites, and for some reason it didn't save as toasted for the sandwich. I understand that there are technical difficulties when ordering through the app sometimes, but when I went to explain this to my "sandwich artist", she was rude and abrasive. She said "Well that's not what it says on the receipt, we didn't mess anything up on our end. I won't remake it or toast it for you unless you buy a new one." And then she went on to ignore me. She was not warm and welcoming or trying to understand the issue, just wanted me to get out of the store. Then when I get home to eat my sandwich, I find that it does not have the right portions, rather it has half portions. I don not understand how this "sandwich artist" still has a job.
